I love these inserts! They are supportive and comfortable. They fit perfectly into my size 9 ASICS with no need to trim them. As a previous reviewer said they are a tight fit. They did not go in easy. I did have to use some force. Mostly because these are very firm. They don’t bend and slide like other ones do. They might be harder to get into a Nike or other style of shoe that runs on the slim side, but that is part of what I like. I have extremely high arches and if I don’t get firm support, then my insoles are worthless once the shoe is broken in. These have less give and better full foot support without being bulky. I always buy my running shoes a half size bigger to allow my feet to swell. There have been times that an insole has made it feel like I should have gone up an entire size. If I worked out in a 91/2 shoe I would stumble over the added length. Yes I have tried it, yes it has happened, yes I have never been accused of being graceful! I have tried countless styles of insoles and these rate higher then the more expensive ones I have tried.

These inserts are really good ! I had been using another name brand insert in two pair of sneakers I wear a lot. I developed foot pain underneath because those inserts provided no arch support (plus the sneakers are a little big so my feet were working overtime )I looked in the stores and every Arch support insert was a “half” insert meaning it stopped right under the arch ... who wants that ? These were the first full inserts with arch support that I saw. I took a gamble and ordered 4 pair. I have not been disappointed ! I can tell my foot pain has started to lessen and the inserts are really comfortable for a fraction of the price of others. If you’re on the fence ... give these a shot ! For the price you don’t have anything to lose ... except foot pain !

These were pretty nice for being under $10. Easy to cut to fit in my shoe, gave me the right amount of arch support (I have a medium arch), and felt pretty good in flat shoes. They aren't petite enough to fit into your ladies dress shoes unless they are substantial. They can also add height - so I don't like to wear them in tennis shoes, b/c my foot doesn't fit down securely in the shoe. I like to wear them with my tall dress boots that have zero support in the insole. Great for shoes that just don't give you that grip inside.

I started a new job where I'm walking the entire shift and my feet were getting sore. After a 9hr shift a couple weeks into working, my feet were shot, especially my left one. They were constantly sore, and after a long day of work if I laid down for a little bit and tried to walk after, the pain was almost too much. I looked into arch support for flat feet because I was told that would help. I invested in these because they were inexpensive and rated well. I see why now!! It took a couple days for my feet to adjust to the arch support it gave but wow! My feet were minimally sore from walking and I just felt like I wasn't wearing them, once you get used to it, it feels like you're walking on air. Super impressed!! I will say they are not made for small shoes (Vans, Toms, etc) but more for actual tennis shoes, as they lift your foot a lot. 5/5 and am recommending to everyone!!

SB SOX Plantar Fasciitis Insole is supportive on the arches but very hard on the heels. Not comfortable to use it all day and it only works well for shoes with softer base like with memory foam or ultra soft soles shoes. I am keeping it because it is less expensive than other insoles and it fits well in one of my work shoes with soft base.

Best support for the money. Works better than the expensive brands!

I had purchased my second pair of skates about a month ago and they were starting to hurt my feet a little. I skate 3 times a week for about 1.5 hours per cession, the skates were starting to cause cramping especially in my right foot. I do have somewhat flat feet and I wear arch supports in all my shoes so I needed something for my skates that were not too thick and provided a "little" arch support.These are PERFECT! They don't have a high hill cut, so that didn't throw my skate stance off. The arch support wasn't too high as to cause pain, so that worked out great also. Received these yesterday and put them in my shoes this morning and took off for my morning walk. Instead pain relief. I finally lost the pain on the side of my left foot and my knee that I had surgery on in 1989 did not hurt (at all!) during my walk. I will be purchasing more of these insoles. I hope they help when I am on my feet all day teaching!! I will be wearing the shoes with the insoles all day today! I will come back and let you know how I fair. Usually be the end of the day my feet are throbbing and I can hardly walk. I am anxious to see how if I feel better with these insoles! I would have given 5 stars for pain relief; however, I still have a lower back pain. The pain is not as intense as yesterday and I probably need to go to the chiropractor for an adjustment. I am still super impressed with these insoles! I wear the compression socks by the same brand, they are amazing as well!!

I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis and have very high arches. Been through numerous products and insoles. These are outstanding, felt relief right away and fit my shoes perfectly. Would highly recommend and will definitely order again.
