Exercise bands
I am not entirely sold on these bands, or any other bands I have tried along the way. The lighter tension bands are easily broken just by stretching them over my ankles sidestepping down a long hallway. The good news is that I have not noticed this happening to the higher tension resistant ones that you grow into as you exercise more with them.
