The ball is very good quality. The pump less so although, I blew the ball up mostly by my lungs. There are no instructions except an the pump which talks about a red and blue nozzle when there is only two blue ones. I've use a real Buso and cannot say its better than this one and it's 3 times the price. Thoroughly recommend.

Bought it for excercise during the lockdown, easy to pump up and some great excercises can be done on it. Came quickly as well considering how things are at the moment.
