Both my dogs are grazers. Despite how much it bothers me (I'd like them to eat more) the only way I can get around it is by using a topper. I've tried different foods, using the dog food rolls as a topper, mixing wet/dry dog food together, using "gravies", etc. Medically speaking, my dogs aren't underweight, but they just don't eat like other dogs I've owned/cared for. They eat when they want to and only little bits at a time.As I mentioned before, the other methods I've used are messy and/or a hassle.1. With the dog food rolls, I have to grate them with a cheese grater or attempt to crumble them.2. Mixing wet dog food requires me to get a fork and mix up each dog food bowl every time it's time to eat.3. Gravies are just messy because it's liquid.Despite the price of the Air Dried, this is the EASIEST way to get my dogs to eat. They love the taste and salivate whenever I open the bag. I take their bowls and mix this in with the dry kibble and they'll eat the entire bowl. Very pleased with this product. And since I'm using it as a topper, this bag has lasted me a little while.

I am a huge fan of wellness core. I have tried multiple dog foods and this seems to be the rare dog food that every dog seems to tolerate.The freeze-dried food is a great little treat for the puppies. I sprinkle it on their standard or on their canned and they seem to love it.I alternate between non-dried or dried food. Mixing the 2 together is the best option. Adding a little of this to some canned or freshly made dog food seems to fill their bellies.I like Wellness Core and this is a great product

I assume it taste good because my dog eats it up. I use this to add to his dog food and he loves it. It is kind of pricey so I do not buy this often. This is a brand I usually buy for my dogs. It’s a great product to use when your dog gets bored with their dog food.

My maltipoo is the pickiest dog in the world, and I am not exaggerating. We have been through many high-quality foods over the years. He never really likes the food 'enough' and he seems to eat because he has to. Sometimes he didn't want to eat at all. We visit our vet regularly for checkups, and we've been to the vet off and on over the years on additional visits to make sure his picky behavior isn't due to a medical or dental reason, and it never is. I've also read that this particular breed is very picky. When I purchased this for the first time a couple of months ago, I had no idea that this would be the food he loves. Not only does he eat this food, but he cannot wait to eat each meal, and actually barks at me to get his food ready at each meal time. Ha. Then he eats all of it without any reservations. He is 12 years old, and he also seems more spunky and active on this food. I'm so happy that we found a food that he actually likes, and a food that makes him feel good. I only hope the company keeps making it and doesn't ever discontinue it or change it. (The picky dog owners of the world can relate. Ha.)

This stuff is TOO good. :)My crazy-picky maltese loves this stuff. It's a little dangerous.He is super picky, and snubs his nose at most all canned food. Which I thought would be amazing. But nope, he doesn't care. And dry food, he seems to be okay, although I do have to change it up every year or two. But he often throws hunger strikes, leaving me confused and trying different brands.So now this soft squishy Air Dried food comes into our lives. I originally bought it to use as a treat, since he has a hard time chewing crunchy treats. I thought I would just give as treats for rewards. But he often boycotts any other food I try to feed him, and stands under the treat jar in the kitchen giving me the stank eye until I finally give in. Yes, he rules the house. And PS - he has never done that with any other treat, hard or soft. He just wants to eat this food. That for the price should be a treat. Not everyday. oh well. Sometimes I can use it as a topper, and he will finish his other food under it, but sometimes he will just pick it out and refuse to eat his other food.At least I don't feel guilty when most of his diet consists of this food, since it is a whole meal with vitamins/minerals. It just hurts my wallet.

This is our second bad batch. Super disappointed. The last 4 bags (we buy two per month) have been dry. They're supposed to be moist and slightly soft. I'm not sure what is going on with Wellness, but now we are canceling our standing subscription to find something better.:(

My Papillion will not eat much. He's too thin and I have to feed him meat on a fork for him to eat anything. He hates treats, hates fish, eggs. He'll eat some beef and chicken it I give it to him on a fork. I've tried dozens of different foods, wet and dry. He hates them all. He'd rather starve. I tried the freeze-dried CORE and he will take bites if it's on a fork but at the same time I bought the toppers. I can't believe he loves them. I'm going to buy a big bag and that will be his dinner. It has everything he needs, much better than just meat on a fork. I'll update if he gets tired of them after a few days, as he does so often. He doesn't like hotdogs anymore. I recommend this for extremely picky eaters.

Pricey, but the only food my dog will eat, including any moist foods.It's chewy and slightly moist, instead of hard and dry. Since we havea small dog and she only eats small portions a bag will last her 3-4 weeksthus making it very affordable. I'm hoping more flavours will be available soon.Thank you
