Quiet, strong
Replaced a similar style failed half horse pump in my shallow well system. Moves more gpm than prior pump. Quiet, strong. Moving 10 gpm @ combined 16' lift and head. Happy camper.

Water push issue
Would not push water and kept kicking the motor off.Had to repair my old pump to have water for the cabin

Two problems. No responce.
This is a really nice pump. I bought a cheaper one last year and it fell apart after a few months. It came straight from China. I contacted them right away and never got a response. This pump looked much better than my last one. It was a little more money, but I just wanted a better pump. When I got my pump and pulled it out of the box, I could tell this was a real pump. Nice and heavy. Well built. Much better than my last one. And then I noticed that the electrical housing was cracked. I contacted the seller about it, but did not get a response. I needed to get the pump installed, so I asked to just send me a new plastic, electrical housing. I never got one. I installed the pump today and it leaked from the big o ring between the motor and the pump. I took the pump apart and the o ring looked fine. I coated the o ring and both sides of the motor and the pump with JB Weld gasket sealer. I have to wait to see if it works, but I shouldn't have to do any of this. I hope this review will get the seller to contact me.UPDATE. UPDATE !!!!!. I still have not heard from the seller. But glued the electrical cover and works. My JB Weld gasket is holding. It is still a great pump. I wish the seller would at least respond.

Satisfied with purchase
Purchased for pumping dirty pond water. I have another peripheral pump that is getting old and has never worn out from the dirty water. Hope this one holds up also. Pumps volume as advertised runs quiet. Seems to be well constructed.

Most durable
I have used numerous pumps to push water about 600 feet through an inch line. Typically I need to replace such pumps twice a year because they operate in a warm and humid environment. This one lasted all year.

Solid, durable, quality pump
Pump is just as advertised. Pressure is right on. Runs for hours without overheating. Pump is solidly built, and of quality workmanship. I can heartily recommend this water pump!
