worth the purchase
this was a birthday gift for my 10yr old, and it was awesome. he was able to ride like a pro after just a few minutes of ride time. he rides this thing everywhere, even in the house, this has become an extension of his legs. the charge lasts the whole day and is easy for him to take care of himself. my 7yr old is wanting one now after taking a turn.

Kids love it. Havenāt hooked up with Bluetooth yet, but not required. My kids use it indoor and outdoor. Not able to go over curves but rides smooth.

Burnt up within a few hours
This is a dangerous product. Do not buy. I charged this for a day before Christmas. My daughter opened it, tried it out for a couple of hours on and off, and all of a sudden the motor wouldn't stop. It was hot to the touch, and we had to set it outside on the porch in fear that it would set fire. Nothing would turn it off. So a day later, we went to check on it. The battery had died. We tried charging it again, but the same issue came up. The motor burnt itself out and wouldn't turn off.

Bought for my five year old grandson. He loves it. Rides it all over the neighborhood.

Poor customer service experience.
We bought three of these as Christmas gifts. One of them quit working within a week. Customer service was unable to replace the device, and offered the lesser Hero model as an āupgradeā.
