Works well and very quietly. Adequate for modest amounts of shredding. The shredded bits are tiny and thus very secure.

This is a great shredder. It was highly reviewed on NY Times Wirecutter and I can definitely see why.Cuts paper into tiny pellet sized bits. No way anyone can find your personal info anywhere. Great features, for example it turns off when bin is full so you won't overfill and burn it out, it is much quieter than our old shredder and I can remove the shredded paper cannister easily from the front to empty. I don't wheel the base around, so that feature isn't really useful to me, but I really like that the shredded paper cannister is easily removed and reinstalled from the front. I've had it a bit over a month and have put it through its paces doing my annual file clearing. I always made sure to only run 1 bin full of shredding and then let it rest for at least 1/2 hour. Rated as 8 sheet shredder, but I found that heavier weight paper needs to be limited to 4 pieces at a time. Not a deal breaker for me, as it does such a good job overall. Went through a ton of paper shredding and it is still going strong. Highly recommend.

Overall this shredder works great and is easy to move around. However after almost a year the automatic sensor stopped working properly. It automatically turns on a few seconds after switching on the unit, and doesn't stop at all after the shredding is done and I have to switch it off manually. I've tried cleaning the intake and greasing the shredder but still no improvements.

Everything works well on this little shredder, perfect for a small office. Easy to set up. Controls feel a little cheap but nothing seems amiss yet. Shreds well.

I waited for a deal because there's nothing less exciting than buying a paper shredder.This thing holds up pretty well. Has an 8 paper max and shreds credit cards. I try to keep it to 4/5 sheets as it struggles through 8 (top of it states 20 weight paper).I like the micro cut, as it seems like really secure shredding.Very easy to empty out the pull out bin. I recommend this one.

works well and holding up, use infrequently though. it's on wheels and under my desk so it can easily be moved around. pleased with purchase.

My Amazon paper shredder came very quickly, was very well packaged and has worked beyond my expectations . . . thus far! I've only just begun using this product, but there are many features I love about it. It may be a bit on the flimsy side, but with proper use and care, it should last a long time. What I love most is how fine it shreds the paper. You can shred a lot and not fill up the basket . . . at least as compared to my last one that was also a cross-cut shredder. The other features I like is the compact size, the front window viewer, the fact that it has wheels to easily move when vacuuming as there are always a few shredding pieces around the unit when you empty it, the many indicater lights and overall appearance and design. I only hope it gives me many years of service as I really like it so far. I think if I keep it clean inside and out and lubricate it every month or so, it should last a long time.

This lil Shredder Does ITS job n theN some.I shredded over 600 plus pages in two days..n it's worked like..Freak'n office shredder! No glitched.no " Sticking" ..I did only up to three pages..as I did not want to pushy luck..!! my last ONE cost over $60 n was p.o.s(Piece of crap) kept Jamming on Single PCs OF paper!!! Truly a Joke!! And the actually teeth started to..chip..I complained and yeS..Amazon..as always Did right thing..but HAD no Shredder for awhile!! And loads to shredd!!! So waited 4 deal n took chance n wow..not at all..sorry!Thee Price was amazing..and This one has wheels! N pull out basket!!! Love those features!!! Great controls..easy to use..not too loud but.c'mon it IS a shredder so..ya know!Well I am 👍 impressed and..you would be too..amazing value for price!!! Truly!! Ty Amazon
