Very easy to install with ditra heat underlayment. The cable cant be cut or installed under toilet or vanity so order only what you need. Does include a sensor.

Ditra Heat System Warm and Comfortable
Very ease to install, instructions called for a wooden trowel to push heating wire in honeycomb mesh, but I was successful with my hands using a good pair of gloves.

Great stuff. Easy to install, heat cable just clips into it, and simply tile over top

wasted money
when I went to install the insulation on the cable was melted together making the cable unusable.The cable had been stored in an AC environment the damage was covered up by the coiling of the cable on itself.was ready to install in floor when found unusable
