Bad welds
So 7 months in I developed a leak, couldn't figure out from where until I removed the front header and discovered the front left lower corner is weeping from the weld. And yes my coolant is aluminum compatible.Pretty irritating for the cost considering the longevity isn't there at all. My oe radiator is over 20 years old and still fully functional. Thought the extra capacity and elimination of the mechanical load from the clutch fan would be a plus. But 7 months isn't good for something I drive probably 3 or 4 times a week to my trips to the VA for medical appointments.
