Because of a host of medical inconveniences, I both sweat a great deal in some circumstances and am prone to migraines and heat exhaustion if I get low on fluid or electrolytes. These rolls of tablets are compact and can be consumed very quickly. When I don't need them so badly, the taste can be harsh and difficult to tolerate. When I need them, though, chewing two is refreshing and rejuvenating. Remarkably, I haven't had an "overheated" or "too sweaty" migraine since these arrived at my home. Hooray for no heat exhaustion all summer!

The problem I have is it expires in a month (September 2021) from when it arrived (August 2021) and I’ll never go through the whole box in that time. It seems others have had this expiration issue as well. The taste is great which is why I ordered a box and they were easy on my stomach. I use them for long mountaineering trips where dehydration can be an issue.

i've ordered this a few months ago and the item expires in 2022 but this one that was sent expires in sept this yr. which means it's older stock

Always have them on hand for my long runs. Easy to chew • nice flavor and bust your energy.

While these seem to be a good product -- I received them in May and they expire in August.I'm sure they're _probably_ fine but, it still is an annoyance that they list the shelf life as expiring in three months.

I use to struggle after my 50th mile, while cycling, that is a thing of the past, I did 103 miles, without any cramping.

I have to say I hate the price. Come on....this is sweet salt. But I have low blood pressure and am prone to fainting and heat exhaustion when my fluid levels get low and that happens if I'm low on salt. And these are a very easy way to increase my salt.Far nicer than hydration salts. Easy to carry. Easy to take/eat/chew.

It fast within 20 minutes and at night 2 tablets after 5-7-10-15-20 miles walked/jogged in day best recovery product wake up fresh very little soreness. J'ai fait une très grosse rétention d'eau en prenant que 1 à 2 pastilles par jour. On est loin des "50 maximum par jour sur le paquet". Attention. Je ne recommande pas. Aucun effet sur les crampes et la récupération.
