One of those products you don't think you need until you've used it
The media could not be loaded. This "ice" pack is super cool. It doesn't get hard so you can easily slide it down your fingers. I've been using it about a week on a and off and I've really liked it so far. I jammed my finger and it really helped it out. I'd recommend this to anyone with joint problems on their fingers where applying ice or cooling them could be beneficial.

Perfect for fingers and toes.
I’ve been looking for a product that I can use in my big toe because of my gout attacks. During Jiujitsu I spend a lot of time in my toes and sometimes my toe gets hit or caught in someone’s Gi and this causes a flare up. The recovery ice packs are amazing for reducing the pain and inflammation after rolling. I haven’t used them on my fingers yet, mostly because I tape my fingers for class and sparring.

Perfect for recovery and injuries
Perfect for recovery or injuries. I’ve been dealing with nagging finger injuries from jiu jitsu and this is perfect for post training and recovery.

Helps the grips recover!
I’ve used these before and holy crap do they help! Broken finger? Iced. Fingers hurting from too much lasso, worm or spider guard? Protect those knuckles!

No more sloppy ziplock bags leaking all over the place!
I wish I thought of this product! Been using for the last 2 weeks, 4-5 days of Jiu Jitsu a week and this product has been awesome! Especially after those Tuesday and Thursday night rolls, my fingers are ready for morning class the next day!
