3M Whiteboard Eraser for Whiteboards, 2-Pack, White/Blue (581-WBE), Rectangular foam Eraser

This is a wonderful eraser with great quality! As an educator who uses a whiteboard often, I was frustrated with my regular Expo eraser leaving marker lines. I thought I needed chemicals to remove them, but this 3M eraser works perfectly—no more marker lines. I highly recommend it!

These whiteboard erasers are FABULOUS. I had an old whiteboard that had years of stains on it and had been left sitting in storage for several years. I tried everything to clean it and nothing worked. On a whim, when buying some new markers, I saw these whiteboard erasers purporting to clean easily and with just water. I honestly couldn't imagine that they would actually work, but I decided to give it a shot because they were so affordable and I needed a new eraser either way...boy am I glad I did! My whiteboard is white again. Completely, utterly, blindingly white. I'm astounded! For my normal day to day use now I just use the eraser dry and it works great. When I first used it I did, in fact, get it wet, and that was able to completely clean my whiteboard of years old stains. I couldn't be more pleased, and I HIGHLY recommend them!

Definitely works well at cleaning the board as advertised and helps with ghosting as well. However they don't tell you about the eraser slowly disappearing when you wet it and use it on the board.

I noticed you want to clean the writing surface with the EXPO Dry Erase/rag first (it creates a nice clean coating), then use the white side of the eraser to erase things. (I.e. you need a clean surface) You could ask then what the point of using the eraser over a rag is. Well, the eraser glides over the surface and erases things super fast/effectively. I constantly write and erase things to memorize a bunch of stuff, and it's been a game changer in the ease of erasing stuff. If it gets too dirty, gently clean it with soap and water (it takes some time, however). My only complaint is that the eraser seems fragile, and you should refrain from directly using it with any cleaning solvents (EXPO Dry Erase).

I was thrilled with these erasers. They do a great job of erasing everything and that's really rare. I've never been satisfied with the effectiveness of a whiteboard eraser before but this one works well. The one I have been using has developed a slight tear in the foam over the past 2-3 months however it still works just as well and I haven't used the second one at all yet so it will be a while before I need to order a new 2-pack. The price is right, too.

Holy Cow!!! These 3M Whiteboard Erasers (came in a 2-Pack) cleaned off what other whiteboard cleaning products didn't! These erasers even took off permanent marker ink, but DID NOT damage the surface of my huge, laminated wall calendar or my company whiteboards! I'm shocked and amazed - and DAMNED impressed! You should know that I'd tried cleaning fluids for whiteboards from every darn company, but this product was the only one that cleaned AND still left the surfaces protected and undamaged. To tell the truth, I danced around the room and giggled like a kid when my surfaces were entirely cleaned of ink for the first time in months. I will be telling everybody that 3M does it RIGHT!

I bought this because I needed a replacement whiteboard eraser. It sucks at that. It very quickly gets saturated with ink dust and becomes useless (it just smears dust all over your board). Also, it will turn your hands the color of the marker, because it's very hard to hold in a way that keeps your fingers clean. HOWEVER, when it comes to removing old marker, this is magic. The streaks and faint lines that normal erasers will leave behind are easily removed with the 3M eraser. I now use a more traditional eraser for day-to-day erasing, but when I start to see things are left behind by that, I'll grab the 3M and give the board a thorough cleaning back to pure white. I think this product has its use, as long as you know what to expect.

This eraser is very effective. It erases well when dry, and it can be washed when it gets dirty. When the sponge is damp dry the erasing power is greater than when dry. It is easy to hold, doesn't take much pressure to erase thoroughly, and it's just overall effective. It works better than Magic Eraser sponge on dry erase board. Magick Eraser leaves streaks, but this doesn't. If you need the maximum cleaning power, I think the good old cleaning cloth is still hard to beat. You know those cleaning cloths that look like a small towel. That with water will clean dry erase boards with some stubborn marks. But this cleaner will be good after that, and much easier to use.

Súper útil, el mejor borrador!!

Thought this product would be awesome coming from 3M but frankly in 2 or 3 uses the product is in tatters. Not good for the intended use.

São muito boas chegando até a apagar os quadros brancos mais ressecados, aprovadas definitivamente.

Não é mágica, mas até que apaga razoavelmente bem. Bem melhor que a maioria, que praticamente deixa tudo manchado no quadro branco.

No deja manchas borra muy muy bien. Lo que me da risa es que lo confunden con esponja de lavar trastos.
