Great for intermittant fasting
I can confidently state that when I use this product my blood glucse does not spike, so it does not knock me out of a fasted state. That has helped me in my quest to lose weight via intermittent fasting and I have lost 15 pounds, although I have health problems that keep me from losing weight as easily as others. I like the taste of this product and the added benefits of the mct oil and collagen are a boost.

Tastes good in my coffee
I use this as a powder coffee creamer, it tastes great and mixes well using a frother mixer to whip up my coffee. I prefer this powder over MCT oil, it doesn’t upset my stomach and I like it has collagen too. I subscribe for monthly delivery to make sure I don’t run out bc sometimes I get busy and don’t reorder on time.

Great collagen benefits!
I love this powder! I've been using it for about a month now and have noticed the few achy joints I have no longer ache and my face seems a little firmer, too. I've tried the unflavored, chocolate and vanilla - vanilla is my favorite. The chocolate seems a little too sweet for me, the unflavored seems chalky and a bit savory, the vanilla tastes best in my coffee, in my opinion.

Convenience of 2 products is not what I expected. Mixes in well, but for me too sweet for my first cup of coffee. Probably would be fine in a smoothie. Good idea, but not for me.

Excellent coffee creamer replacement
Been using over a year. The vanilla flavor enhances the taste. I no longer need to add sugar or creamer to my hot beverages. I also carry a small container when I travel to give a creamy taste to my instant oatmeal. With acacia fiber, collagen & peptides ... even better.
