Painless and simple GLP-1 injections!
I use this for all my injections including Tirzepatide, glutathione and any others down the line. Great price for making my necessary weekly injections easy and painless! I also like that it is compatible with many different types of standard insulin syringes. I have used different gauges 29-31G and 6mm-8mm needles and had no issues it worked just as well with all of them! I have severe needle anxiety and very shaky hands due to neurological issues so when I would try to inject myself without the device my hand would tremble and move the needle while it was inserted leading to pain and bruising. I also couldn’t swiftly insert the needle so slow insertion made it more uncomfortable. I tried another injection aid device, the Owen Mumford Autoject 2 and while that one was okay the trigger sounded loud and startled me when I was already very anxious and made injections even more nerve wrecking for me. It would sometimes also inject the fluid too quickly and cause discomfort and burning due to that. With this device it only inserts the needles for you and hides it from sight. The sound is much more tolerable and quick, I don’t feel a thing, and you push the syringe so you control the speed of injection! Very easy to use and stabilizes my shaky hand! I definitely recommend if you struggle with injections!

Remove the anxiety of sticking yourself.
Works perfect for U-100 syringes. This makes it very easy if you have a phobia of needles. Place it on the skin and push the button, the hard part is over. You then inject the medicine yourself then remove the needle, it remains inside the injector until you remove it. I have used mine for over a year now and it still works great. It does not have an excessive spring tension when it injects the needle, it's the perfect amount of tension to get the needle through the skin. It makes it painless, you cannot see the needle going in. I don't like needles, sticking myself is not something I can do without a great deal of anxiety. This is the easiest way for me and it works every time.

Quality has been reduced on a formerly great product.
Already had an Inject-Ease made by its original maker, Palco. It was, and the one I have still is, a brilliant product. BUT...Palco has apparently gone out of business, and Ambimed bought the design, rights, etc. and now makes the product. Either I got a lemon, or the Ambimed version of the product is vastly inferior to the original...parts didn't fit together perfectly and function smoothly. The power of the spring is less than before, or maybe its functional strength is reduced by internal resistance due to ill-fitting components. Seems like the new guys have cut corners in engineering and manufacturing in an attempt to save a few pennies. I returned the one I got. Will try buying it again in the hopes that the first was a lemon. If it is no better, I will return that one, too.

A Jewel of a Tool !!
This injector is fabulous. I have used this little beauyty to inject trimix for ED several times a week over the past year. As you know, it has to go directly into the penis to work and that can be offputting. But this, It is smooth operating, easy to use and does the job quickly and almost without any pain at all. The main thing is that I don't need to stick that needle into my private area myself. No more gritting my teeth and then jabbing that needle in. Nope, I load it, point it, press the button and this little beauty does it for me, quickly and efficiently. I came back here a year later specifically to post my gratitude for this jewel.

Works perfect
Make sure you buy the syringe brands it supports and don’t listen to the reviews of people who didn’t.

Not Luer lok compatible
I missed the part where it wasn’t luerlok compatible my own fault. Is there a model that is compatible with luerlok syringes?

You might need an additional spacer/adaptor for use with your needles.
This device is only intended for subcutaneous (not intramuscular) injections using 1ml syringes. The Amazon description also makes it clear that it requires Luor Slip (not Luor Lock) devices, but I also found it would not work with the common length of 1ml syringes and 1/2" needles that I have. I only discovered this after delivery. I contacted the manufacturer and they immediately shipped me the required 5/8" spacer for free. This is apparently a common thing. With this spacer installed everything worked well to self-inject, as advertised. It's very easy to use and painless, at least with my 1/2" 27G needles. But they include so many spacers and other sizing options with the kit I think they should really include this cheap little 5/8" spacer as standard with the rest, to avoid the need for separate communication and shipping to accommodate a very common length of 1 ml syringe and needle.

Just do it
Been a t1 for 32 years and im scared of needles. This makes injections a breeze and pretty painless. I use bd brand needles only and they fit great. Been using this for most of my life and cannot go without. They last atleast 10 years with multiple shots every day. Do yourself a favor and grab 2 or 3, youll be set for life.

Awesome
Works as described. Helps a lot with taking away the nervousness of doing it by hand.

A blessing!
As long as you are using an "insulin style" syringe and needle (not necessarily for insulin), it's fabulous! The attachments that come with it allow you to adjust for a great variety of syringe and needle lengths. Makes needle insertion very easy and painless - especially if you are going into a 'sensitive' part of the body (think "ED"). Note that the needle insertion is the automatic part. You still have to do the easy part (pushing the plunger to push the drug through).

Garbage
The mechanism is terrible! It has yet to work even once. I completely regret this purchase. It’s a really cheap bit of plastic with a bad “trigger “ that doesn’t do its only job. The price is outrageous for what you get. Keep looking folks, this one is garbage.
