Good pain patch but if you have sensitive skin it might irritate you. Long lasting. Might feel hot if you sweat as it activated the herbs even more.

Ok, first the bad... there are no instructions in English. That said, there is a fair amount of info on the Amazon page where they are sold and that is likely enough for most people. The pads I received are pretty sticky, although it is still easy to take off when I shower in the morning. They seem to be moderately effective with regard to improving circulation and relieving body pain. At this point, I believe I will keep ordering them.

I love ginger patches! They help my neck pain so much. But this batch of patches smell awful. I will have to return them because they give me a headache. I hope it was just a bad batch.
