I just bought this controller and it does not work with my Sega Mini. Why is that?

Will the 2.4Ghz dongle allow PC/Windows play via USB?

No, but the controller can be connected to PC/Windows via USB Cable.

I already have the Anologue version. Could I just buy the receiver?

No, not sold separately. And it can not be used on the Anologue version. This previous M30 2.4G Wireless Gamepad for the Original Sega Genesis (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07HB1XFQW) can be used on Anologue version.

Can i just buy the usb receivers? i already have the m30 2.4g controllers and the old receivers for my mega nt

No, please note that it is not interchangeable with previous M30 2.4G Gamepad for original Sega Genesis.
