My boyfriend is always skeptical when I bring in herbal medicine of any kind, but he was having trouble sleeping and didn't want anything with melatonin in it. I bought these for him and he poo-pooed it so hard, saying it couldn't work any better than ZzzQuil (which is just benadryl, by the way). So I tried it first, and when I was sleepy in 5 minutes and asleep in 20 he decided to give it a go. Now he takes them every single night and swears by them! They definitely make you feel tired after taking them, and promote deeper sleep. The only reason I don't take them all the time is because I sometimes feel groggy in the morning, but then again I'm not the one with insomnia.

I have trouble sleeping and I was taking sleeping pills every once in a while. I thought I would try something not so addictive that I didn't need a prescription for. I like the Genexa because it tastes good and I get a restful nights sleep if I don't have to get up and pee six times a night. I wake up a bit groggy but after having my morning coffee I feel refreshed. It doesn't have any hangover effect.

I have a very hard time staying asleep. Easy to get to sleep but always waking up middle of the night and staying wide awake. I have tried everything natural from Valerian to Melatonin to various mixes of these.This product worked very well the first night and is still working well after a month.

Totally impressed with everything about this product, and the brand.Works pretty quickly after taking, no weird dreams and such that some can experience with melatonin,no grogginess the next morning, the flavor is not terrible either.

I was hoping that this product would work from the get-go after reading all of the positive reviews but so far I have been very disappointed. Nothing has changed. I have never had any problem falling asleep; the problem is that I wake up every 1.5 - 2 hours and rarely wake up feeling refreshed. I'll give this another few nights and if nothing changes I'm returning it for a refund.

I love Sleepology! I take it every night and I sleep great and wake up refreshed. I used to take Tylenol PM so that I could sleep, but I would always wake up feeling tired and groggy. I’ve never had that problem with sleepology. I’d recommend this to everyone.
