This hat turned out exactly as I hoped! I requested embroidered words on the front and back of the hat, and they did it without any additional charge.The quality and colors are as expected. The fit feels like a regular comfortable ballcap. The bill needs just a little more curving to get the shape I like it.Initially the delivery date was estimated around 7+ days. I was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived in 3 days!100% recommend!

When i ordered this cap it was because a different seller on here messed up my order beyond belief. Just days before my sweeties bday, i didn't see how it was possible to get a new cap, especially not a custom made one. I decided to embrace my gift being a belated one and ordered from this seller. Fast forward: I'm BEYOND shocked!! THRILLED with this seller and the personalized cap!!! The embroidery is spot on clean and centered and the cap is of very nice quality!! Colors are true to advertised. Why am i so shocked? It was forecasted to ship well over a week past his bday. I recived this within days!!! DAYS!! The seller had no idea i wanted this in time for a gift! My sweeties bday is in one day and I'm so thrilled this seller not only came through with a great quality cap but got it to me way earlier before the forecast date. If i could give this seller a hundred stars, i would!! Totally made my day!!! I'll be back for more custom work in the future!!

I ordered a few different Logo Hats from different companies on here. This one was the best. Great quality hat, fits well with adjustable strap in the back, and the embroidery is done well. They put a cute little note in package along with the shipping invoice and I would recommend ordering from them.

The embroidery is nice and bold, material citton twill. Clasp is good. What I didn't like is the shape: too wide at top that is the crown of head, and the button at the top is low; making top of head look square. Suggest company use a mold of a nicely rounded typical baseball cap. I got it embroidered so I won't ask for return.
