I gained some weight and ordered a new set of Nomex coveralls for skydiving. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable. These will stretch a little from normal use and In my opinion, they are an exact GI match for those looking for a close to original match.

I’m really impressed with this flight suit. The material is sturdy, well made, and feels like it’s built to last. It honestly looks and feels like something that came straight out of an Air Force supply department. Mine is just a little bigger than I expected, although I may have lost some weight since ordering it. Other than the sizing, I’m very happy with it. Excellent quality and definitely the real deal.

This is my 2nd one of these (different sellers). Pros: -Meets the standards required by the Navy for usage. -Looks good. -Ideal for those looking to make a Sierra Hotel squadron flight suit. Cons: -They run a size or two small, so order larger. -Thinner than the standard green. When you hold it up to the light, you can see through it. Not an issue when you wear it, but it might not last as long if worn everyday like a green flightsuit.

real deal CWU-27/P, current USAF issue fireproof aircrew coverall. unlike USGI, mine was made in Haiti but has an NSN tag sewn in. only patch provision is for an aircrew name patch. same brass 2-way main zip and brass zips all around. good stuff.

The waist down is huge and not proportional to the chest size. The overall cut of the suit is too large from the waist down.

In good quality, nice and warm

This is exactly what I wanted for Christmas and the quality is excellent. I was able to purchase sage green loop and hook to get some patches sewn on it (that are fully removable). It has lots of pockets, very comfortable. I went with the 42 L as the 42 Short was way too short. Ideally Regular would have been ideal. Also if you choose Tall that means Long. Great for pilots, cosplay, or Halloween.

Very poor quality stitching. Advertised as Nomex but it is a different brand. The material feels like a burlap sack
