Q: Do the balloons come blown up already?

No they don’t. It comes with a straw and you have to blow them up individually

Q: how am i supposed to blow the balloons up? do i use the straw to poke a hole in the gold balloons? i bought them but it has no instructions.

HELLO, YES USE THE STRAW TO POKE THE HOLE BUT BE CAREFUL NOT TO MAKE A BIG HOLE, AFTER I BLEW THE BALLOON UP I TAPED OVER YHE HOLE AND I STILL HAVE THE BALLOONS UP AND THE GOLD LETTERS ARE STILL FULL THAT WAS 2 OR 3 MONTHS AGO.
