Appears well made. Vertical pockets fully packed. Good coverage, even consistent heat distribution. Fluffy wrap feels good to the touch but I wouldn’t want to get anything sticky on it. Some users may find the surrounding border uncomfortable if used on the lower back in a reclined position. The border is very firm and presses across and against the upper back. Wouldn’t have minded lavender scent.

This heating wrap is great. I wear it just to warm up, or to help a sore back, wear it under my coat, when taking dogs out to play, and it's cold. I also use it (unheated), around my waist to hold in an ice pack on my back, as I go about my day, getting things done. I'm not tied to a cord plugged in, etc. Its large, great velcro, there's an extender for a larger person, etc. Great product.

This is a microwaveable flaxseed-filled channeled wrap for the lower back. It could be draped over the shoulders and neck, and there is an extra extension strap one could use to accommodate a big belly, etc. It can get too hot if you aren’t careful, so I don’t heat it to the max bc it could burn me. So then the heat doesn’t last as long as I would like it too, but overheating is dangerous for the person using it, as well as for the pad itself. The directions caution that the microwave must be completely clean (of course) bc any food residue that gets on the fabric will stain it and possibly cause it to catch fire. It is only spot-cleanable, not washable. The cover isn’t removable. I put it in the microwave folded in half, on a double paper towel for 2 and 1/2 minutes, then fold it the other way and do 2 minutes. It’s hot enough that I have to put it over my sweatshirt for a couple of minutes, then move it to over my t-shirt. The heat dissipates pretty rapidly, but it does provide me with some relief as I’m working in the kitchen or vacuuming for a bit and need to be mobile.

I have been looking for a lower microwaveable backwrap with Velcro for a long time. This is perfect. It perfectly conforms to your lower back, and stays in place. I can walk around my house, and do housework, and the wrap stays in place. The only downside is it is a little heavy, and my microwave is above my stove, so I will have to get used to that. But since it is so comfortable to wear, and helps relax my back, weight is not a deterrent. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with lower back pain. I have been wearing a similar back wrap for many years, and it helps so much to loosen up the lower back. And Velcro is the way to go. Ones that tie do not stay tight. But this one stays nice and snug. Buy 2, and give one as a gift. I will definitely re-order.

This microwavable pad feels great on the back! I'm recovering from herniated discs in my back, and I use this when I feel tightness. I like the straps that are for keeping it in place. I need to microwave mine for 3 minutes and it stays very warm and soothing for about 30 minutes. The smell is pleasant too. It will come in handy for other aches and pains I am sure, and it's definitely worth it.

I’ve had this product over 8 months and microwave it several times a day- sometimes hourly. It takes 2 minutes 40 seconds to Ah, relief! I’m 5’5, female, 125 lbs and it wraps around my waist fine. I have degenerative disc and back/hip pain that alternates hips. I’m able to easily slide it from hip to hip. This heating pad feels great standing, sitting, and lying down on it. Sometimes I walk my around my yard in it on my daily loops, but it gets too heavy for my back and I eventually take it off. This is a product that gets much use multiple times a day and has held up well. I’ve also used it for abdominal pain and as a weighted heating pad for achy legs. The pad does get nice and hot and the heat fades but stays warm about an hour.

I decided to buy this item for myself because my elderly neighbor has this same item for his back problem!His daughter ordered it thru you from Amazon also!This microwaveable lower back wrap is made of high quality materials...the softness of the plush blue covering...the strong velcro closure including the additional extension piece for larger waists!This lower back wrap is very "sturdy"...not actually stiff...it's because the individual chambers are assembled with a significant amount of natural flaxseed to provide the moist heat therapy.Yes, it's a bit heavy so it is not easy to walk while wearing it but I have other velcro wraps to wear while moving around my house.I have used it for the heat therapy but also keep it on after the heat dissapates while sitting and watching tv!It also helps my lower back if I decide to wear it some nights when sleeping in bed when I don't want to turn over too quickly...I need a new mattress :)Yes, I sometimes use a regular electric heating pad over my back but the penetrating 20 minute heat provided from this microwaveable lower back wrap is just what my back needs without having to worry about "burning" my back if I doze off.Thank you for providing this quality product!!!

It caught on fire in my microwave on 2 minutes. I set it that way for 2 month then it just caught on fire

Made of good quality. The heat last long and covers my whole back. The extension strap for people with larger waist was very thoughtful. 4 mins in the microwave was just nice for me.
