More expensive than many others but the strains seems to work the best. I have used ones with the B.Infantis strain and have found them not as effective. I used to buy the CVS comparable version, which worked very well on the stomach, but with the extra millions of bacteria, it made me dizzy, which is a common side effect. I have found the side effects to be less with Align and the benefits of a happy tummy and not have to take Nexium are well worth it.

This probiotic was recommended to me by a doctor years ago. My husband and I both take it daily so I like to keep stocked up here from Amazon where the price is very reasonable. If/when you begin taking this product it will take several days to really kick in but once it does you will notice a more calm and easy stomach and digestive system. I had frequent heartburn prior to taking align but this virtually eliminates any and all symptoms of heartburn. It's so much healthier than taking chemical type heartburn medications. It is also great to promote healthy intestines and fights the bad bacteria build up in all parts of the body. It even promotes fresher breath by fighting bacteria which may add to this problem. I never had this issue but for those that do you will enjoy this benefit. Probiotics require consistency and not giving up on them, howevever once you stick with it a while you will begin to notice many positive changes. They are also known to fight yeast infections and athletes foot. Gross problems yes, but who doesn't want natural remedy and especially prevention of such issues? I have tried other probiotics in the past but they don't compare with the quality and comfort of Align. Other probiotics can cause stomach upset in the beginning stages but I never experienced that with Align. I hope this review helps! :)

This stuff is absolutely fantastic. I've been looking for a probiotic that worked properly for nearly 4 years. So much for having seal team six air lift in 15 strains of bacteria, cooled by liquid nitrogen. This stuff is reasonably priced, and works better than anything I've ever used.

I have psoriasis for more than 10 years. I bought this product (and other probiotics) because I saw a paper that showed the bacteria in Align improves the skin, and also reduces inflammation markers (CRP, TNF alpha etc.). I have been taking this for 3 weeks (plus other higher dose probiotics and supplements) and my skin improved. It is less itchy and flakes less.I started taking daily 30 Billion CFU and 90 Billion CFU probiotics with Bifidium bacteria, and I noticed my skin inflammation is improving faster. Therefore other products with similar strain may also help psoriasis, and, more importantly, psoriasis may require a higher dose and longer time to work.I will keep on taking Align because it seems to work for me and is backed up by scientific studies.

I've had some heavy doses of antibiotics which killed off all the good stuff in my digestive system. I tried numerous other Probiotics claiming to be "the best", "x amount of more billion enzymes than the other brands", "clinically proven", blah, blah, blah. When none of them worked I visited the doctor again and he said these were the only one's they recommend. I tried them and everything is much better after 60 days and now the only one's I purchase.

This going to sound gross but...I had straight up “loose stools,” which I called diarrhea, for 8 months. I saw 3 gastroenterologist during that time. The last one seemed frustrated with me because the previous prescribed treatment hadn’t worked and he didn’t have any better ideas. I happened to have have a flu and went to see an urgent care Dr. Who recommended Align. It cured my diarrhea. A little expensive but well worth it!

Align probiotics gave me my life back. I spent from 1999 to 2014 planning everyday around where the bathroom was. I had to give up so much of my life. Things as simple as hiking. And it wasn't just the proximity of bathrooms, it was the cold sweat, pass out pain that would go on for hours. Within 3 days of taking Align probiotics I was fixed. If I think I don't need it any more and stop taking it the issue comes back within a week. I'm an Align fan for life and so grateful. Hopefully this helps someone else in the dark.
