Zoe Keratin Shampoo Bar | Smoothing and Strengthens Hair

I was concerned that I wouldn't like using a bar to clean my hair. So what I have noticed, many people assume this is a straight conditioner. This is a keratin treatment, it will help condition hair, but it won't have the best results alone.I use bar shampoo, bar conditioner, then put this in last. I find my hair feels great. I have thin and pretty long hair. This lasts quite a while. I'm. It even 10% in, and I've had it for ever a month.I use it every time I wash and condition my hair. My stylist noticed a difference in the health if my hair. I didn't feel that the smell was very intense, or overpowering- it smells clean. I am VERY smell sensitive, to the point if migraines, I have not experienced this smell being offensive at all.Oveall, I am happy with this product. I've recommended to people already. Some say the price is high, but this bar will.ladt for a very long time, I don't think it's a substantial cost. I'd say it's about the price of 4 bottles of low quality conditioner. I am sure that this will last about as long as 4 to 6 bottles of conditioner.

I've been using this for about 8 weeks and am very happy with the purchase. I'm a guy with relatively short hair, but long enough to comb and I find this does the trick for me. My daughters are afraid to try it, but they all admit that my hair looks and feels nice after using, so I'm sure they'll come around. It has a mild pleasant smell, I don't understand the people complaining that it's too strong. It's nowhere near as strong of a smell as regular store bought conditioner in a bottle. Maybe these people want unscented. I can smell it in the shower, but I don't smell it afterwards.It's pretty expensive, but it looks like it last a while. I am happy with my purchase.

UPDATE 2/20/20: Reordered this conditioner bar and it is NOT like the previous bars I’ve purchased. It smells gross now. Before I could smell it through the package. A good smell! Now I struggle to get the scent and when I do... EW! I asked other people to smell this different conditioner bar and they all cringed when they smelled it!!!! Clearly the formula has been changed. There is no way this is the same bar. The color is much lighter too. what happened? I’m so upset. If it’s not broke, DONT fix it!Original review:LOVE LOVE LOVE this! I have since bought 2 more bars after I used up my first bar. I have very long thin wavy/curly hair and wash my hair about 2-3 times per week. This bar is the best thing for travel since it’s light weight. I use this 1-2 times per week and my other bottles conditioner 1 time per week. I noticed that this is a treatment and believe it or not you can over do it on the treatments to the point where your hair easily breaks because of it. I saw the hefty price tag and I thought to myself, my hair better be repaired after this! Picking this package up from the post office it smelled amazing even through the packaging. The clerk(female) was like.. “that smells gooood!” When first using this I started to wet the bar and roll it around my hand slowly putting the product in my hair and at first I was like “this isn’t doing anything!” Just WAIT a few minutes as it will melt into your hair. I never put this on my roots because my hair is thinner and more oily. The end of my hair love it! I believe this conditioner keeps my hair healthy, happy and moisturized. Sometimes when I’m really in a rush I will use my other bottled conditioner since the process is faster. My hair is about 28 inches long and it’s a process to detangle so for someone with mid length or short hair it shouldn’t take long at all. My hair is healthy and is not weighed down with this conditioner treatment. I wouldn’t use this everytime you wash your hair. I would rotate. But that’s just my personal opinion. I wasted money on an $8-10 conditioner bar which didn’t work for my hair. This does...so to me it’s worth the money. Try it and see for yourself.

I’ve wanted to limit single use plastic & decided to try shampoo & conditioner bars however, I continually have keratin treatments. I found this bar & it works!!! I did let it sit in my hair before rinsing (rubbed the bar on my hair) but I did that with my keratin conditioner (Luseta). This bar works as well as Luseta, I’m happy to report! My hair was super soft & manageable. I’m never going back to single use plastic conditioner (in a bottle). My hair is about 2 inches past my shoulders.

Doesn’t make hair smooth n shiny like other keratin products

Softest and silkiest my hair has been in a long long time! I have half bleached hair and half grow out and it worked amazingly well on both. Don’t really like the scent but it doesn’t seem to stick around too long.

i purchased this bar several months ago and it is still going strong after 2 uses a week on long hair. not only does it smell great, it makes my hair feel like silk. I have oily rooted thin coarse hair with dry ends so i am careful to "lather" (not really a lather but a cream) this in my hand and then apply it to my hair in chunks starting most generously at the thirsty tips and more thinly toward my scalp to avoid potentially greasy weight to my roots. I used to let it soak while washing my face and so on but i learned my hair just didnt need it. I will gladly buy this again because it is worth every penny--especially with how long it has lasted.

I've used ethique and lush conditioner bars. This one is by far the best conditioner bar I've used. It is larger than the ethique I've. It is better than many bottled conditioners. My hair feels stronger and softer than it has in a long time. This has helped me so much on my journey to zero waste. I have gone from 2 bottles of conditioner and leave in to just this and occasional jojoba oil.My only complaint is that this comes shipped in a plastic bubble wrapped bag.
