Great cable for a great system.
I just bought a Nintendo DSI online, and needed a charger for it, and I saw this unit being advertised quite cheaply, and it seemed just what I needed. I bought two of them, just in case I lost or broke one. It arrived decently packed, and I plugged it into my DSI. While the connecter felt quite loose, it did charge the unit. I went to a friends house the next day, and was able to determine off of his 3DS XL that it was my DSI that had a loose connecter, as it fit quite well into his 3DS XL. The cable worked great with a power bank, as well as my laptop and an iPad charging brick. This is something you should definately buy if you need a charger for a DSI, DSI XL, or one of the 3DS family of systems. If you have the budget, buy two of them!

It does the thing I bought it for
This thing charges my nintendo 3ds. Not too much else to say about it. It's sort of a binary thing I think. Either it does work exactly as advertised (and it does) or it fails to perform the desired task. Potential buyers can rest assured that this will do the thing.

so far It works exactly like expected it would be nice to see companies from here on out design their power bricks be able to separate and be a USB connection so that you could plug it into a battery pack for versatility

Great replacement if you lose your original
Nice to not have to carry around an extra charger plug. The USB side plugs right into your normal charger.
