Once upon a time, all my iPhone cases were Otterbox. I did a search on Amazon and came across this phone case. As I read the customer reviews my interest peaked even more. As with any online order, my anxiety level was on the rise. Once the case arrived I immediately attached it to my phone and it was a perfect fit and so was the screen protector.Quality and Material A+Price A+Durability A+Comfort A+Style A+Highly Recommended

I've owned Zizo cases in the past and was always quite pleased with the quality and durability of them. The most recent case I've bought from them is for my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Out of the box I was quite pleased. The packaging is appealing and first impression is this is going to be great! It fit my iPhone perfectly. All the buttons and openings were perfectly aligned and my phone fit very tightly inside the case. It came with a back you can snap on the face of the phone that also has a clip on it for carrying on your belt. Another feature is the kickstand. I was disappointed that the stand wouldn't hold the phone in the vertical position. There are a few apps that the screen simply won't rotate to the horizontal position. Also if I'm using Facetime or Messenger video calling I can't put the kickstand in use vertically which for me is the much preferred position. Horizontally however no problem at all. As I said I have had other Zizo cases for other cell phones I've owned and I've always been very happy with them. I've dropped them. I've had one I left on the top of my car and drove down the road. That ended with the cell phone flying off the car and hitting the pavement. Zero damage to either the cell phone or the case. I was DEFINITELY sold on Zizo after that. However with this case unfortunately my experience is quite as good. I was getting into my car and for whatever reason my phone slipped from my hand and landed on the pavement next to the car. I picked it up and the belt clip had apparently landed in a freak manner and snapped it off as you can see in the pictures. With the lifetime warranty I tried contacting Zizo. I sent an email through Amazon and did get a response. All sorts of info was exchanged and then after I sent the pictures some time passed before I heard from them. So I went on the chat feature Zizo provides.I tried 2 or 3 times to get the person (Thomas) to verify that the person I was communicating with was in fact from Zizo. He informed that a ticket had not been made. Well there's red flag! Anyway Thomas and I communicated back and forth a bit and long story short I was offered a discount on a new case. So much for lifetime guarantee! He said at first a 70% discount plus shipping and handling. Then he came back and said a 100% discount. Wait for it...he came back again and said it was a 70% discount. I'm a bit leery of everything by this time and I got the code he offered to include when I ordered a new case for the discount. I decided maybe my best bet is to simply call their customer service. Folks, don't even try that. I pressed 9 to speak with a representative. I simply want verification that whoever is emailing me and chatting with me is in fact legit. Plenty of phishing scams and other fraudulent activities online these days! I never did get an answer if from Thomas the chat guy if the emails were from Zizo. Only that a ticket had not been made even though the email indicated a ticket number. Anyway the phone rang. Then it would go to music. Then it would ring. Then music again! Finally a message informed that the voicemail was full and couldn't accept any messages and I was disconnected. Wow. So on that note I'm bewildered. I'm going to cut my losses more than likely and look elsewhere for a case for my iPhone. Again I AM quite happy with the previous products. 5 stars for those hands down. But with this latest event and the military grade case breaking from a drop of maybe 4 and half feet when it says it can take the most intense drops and I believe a drop also from 20 feet or so I'm not going to risk my 1,110 dollar phone. Could be simply a faulty case. Those things do happen and I know that. As I said I give 5 starts for the past cases I've purchased from Zizo. I think what has done it for me is the customer service.

I learned years ago I’m a kickstand case guy. I’ve tried others but did not like them and came back to zizo. When I got my new 11 pro I looked at the new otter pop case but they want way too much money and their selection is not very good. I searched zizo on amazon and to my surprise they had a new case for the 11 pro. For under 20 dollars this case is one heck of a bargain. It’s a bonus that I really like this case. I highly recommend!

I like the overall sturdiness, but I feel there needs to be better protection around the three sensitive lens, and also on my old Iphone 10 otterbox case, there was a security cover that snapped in to protect the battery charging entry point. I do wish I would have chosen the otterbox, but for overall sturdiness, this one is ok. I like the back kickstand but the phone doesn't stand straight up so taking a pic from that point is difficult. But if you just want a kickstand to browse, it's ok, but really hard to pull out.

Protecting my $1,300 phone... Slender enough to slip into my pockets but robust enough to protect my shiny glass phone. Still insane that Apple ships phones that you can barely keep from sliding out of your hand and thus require a case.I ordered the grey color which looks nice. I like the textured back design and the small holes - together they provide additional grip. Definitely happy with the purchase. I can't image that this case doesn't provide the same or better protection than a $50 Otter Defender. Top results in drop tests (look it up).

This is my 3rd Zizo Bolt case. I love the Bolt series because it gives me option to attach a lanyard or hand strap. Also they are very lightweight, durable, has a kickstand and comes with a screen protector. Everything is great and as advertised except the screen protector. Hence the three star rating. In the product picture it shows there are cut outs or holes for the front camera and sensors. However the product I received does not have those cut outs or holes. I bought a case for the 11 pro and 11 pro max and they both have the same issue. I don’t really know if the camera performance would be better if was not covered with the screen protector (have not tried without it). Pictures come out great and i have not had any face recognition issues with the censor covered yet. However they should either fix their product picture or fix their product so customers do not feel misinformed. I have contacted the seller and they did reply to me quickly and asked for the product picture. I sent them the pictures and waiting for a response. Will update later.

Absolutely love this case, I’ve used the same kind for my last few phones. Very durable. Though I was a bit disappointed with the screen protector since it was broke before I got it out of the box.

Supposedly this case is for the Iphone 11. But I put my phone in the case and there was excessive amount of room for movement. It was definitely the wrong size. The Box even said it was for an Iphone 6.5?? whatever model that is lol.The product is described as coming with a glass screen protector, which it definitely does NOT come with a screen protector at all. And although Im sure that the REAL model of this case even if it was the wrong size and without a screen protector would still be adequate protection for anyones phone. I doubt this one would be, It felt like a cheap plastic used to make kids toys from poundland. maybe a slight exaggeration but you get the idea.Not worth buying at all.I have ordered the same phone case from a reputable mobile and mobile accessory seller, hopefuly I have more luck there.

The title says it all. You get a solid, protective and well built case complete with a optional glass screen protector and belt clip. All for a reasonable price. It even has a sturdy stand. The raised lips a great and don’t add much bulk to an already bulky phone. It’s also looks good and feels good in the hand. I would like to see a transparent version of this case, ideally without compromise.

Not good. Looks for fine and seems pretty tough but stops wireless charging as the stand is in the way- very disappointed.

I have had this case now for nearly 3 months now and overall it has endured the drops and knocks that you would expect. There is a but here now! Unfortunately the kickstand hasn’t weathered so well with a massive crack appearing, which I will have to address if I continue to use the stand. Overall fairly good.
