Boston HarborTL-TREE-134-WH Three Light Tree Lamp, 65", White

It's almost impossible to find a 3-light pole lamp in WHITE anymore. Decided to buy this one.Easy enough to put together. Not super sturdy, but adequate enough (probably all new ones are this way). In its favor, the large black on-off switches for each individual lamp are easy to turn off/on, both with their large size and ease of turning. Kind of expensive for what it is, but it does the job.

Liked this due to the fact it is real steel, design is Good, I would have preferred the lamps to be about 1 to 2 foot taller, the base I Love this base is nice and Heavy, maybe if the company can do the lamp in a metallic color such as stainless steel look, I have No problem paying more for a cool color and TallerOverall I recommend this Company and the American made Lamp. Works well. Glad it was still available when our old one stopped working after many years. Knobs are large and easy to turn, especially if you have arthritis. I hope it lasts as long as our old one did. Highly recommend.

So, this morning, I'm moving things around in my office, and the lamp is having a hard time balancing for some reason. I go to pick it up, and the base just flat out disintegrates. Not sure what the heck happened. I rarely move this lamp.

This Boston Harbor Tree-134-WH lamp is well made and stylish. The lamp shades are painted metal and the individual on/off switches are the large dome shaped rotary types at the back of each lamp. The base is stable but keep in mind that any tree lamp can be knocked over so placement is a consideration. Assembly is easy and takes about 10 minutes but careful attention is needed to not cross thread the pole sections, they should turn easily. The shades are 5 1/8" inside diameter and I would recommend the Hyperikon BR30 LED spotlight bulbs which fit perfectly. These bulbs are light weight and the lamp shades only get slightly warm. They are highly efficient at 9W for 720 lumens.Overall this is an excellent value  4-Pack of Hyperikon BR30 LED Bulb, 9W (75W equivalent), 3000K (Soft White Glow), Wide Flood Light Bulb, 120° Beam Angle, Medium Base (E26), Dimmable, UL-Listed

The stand on this well-made lamp is stable so I haven't had to worry that it will be knocked over. The lamps can be redirected to spot easily; the height of each lamp works well for me. I'm 73, female, and had no trouble putting it together. The switches are wide and comfortable to turn on unlike the tiny switches which seem to stop working after a year. The only thing I have not liked is that the 3 lamp shades are quite large - about 5.5 " X 7", perhaps this way for safety. I have a post and beam house with pine paneling, and the large, white, metal shades catch your eye and detract from the wood beams. Will probably buy another one with black shades to put in the living room and place the white shades lamp in my bedroom next to my sewing machine. Good price for the quality.

Very pleased with this light. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. This is a good size lamp for the price. I got this to light up a medium sized room and it works great. It puts out plenty of light. Overall it was simple to assemble the only issue I had was with the cover for the light bulbs. You have to make sure that they lock in place and originally one of them was not locked and fell off, it was not damaged and I was able to turn it until locked. The light has disc on the back of each bulb section that you twist to turn that bulb on/off so you can control the amount of light you want. This easily lights up the room I purchased it for. It stands level and appears sturdy and good quality.

I had a problem when I first assembled this lamp. The pole was wobbly and that was a concern for me since it looked off kilter. So I disassembled it and found that I hadn't tightened the bottom pole to the base with the nut that was located below inside of the base. I wish the instruction manual had made a mention of that. With that problem solved I can only say that this is a really nice lamp that was easy to assemble, looks amazing in my home and at a bargain basement price to boot. I had a concern that a 13 watt CFL bulb, 60 watt incandescent, would not put out enough light for the room but this lamp actually puts out more light than one can imagine. I am very pleased with this purchase and recommend it highly.
