Miracle Care Ear Cleaner, 16-Ounce

This makes your dog's ears smell really amazing, like eucalyptus and tea tree oil. My dog gets a lot of stinky wax and this takes care of it perfectly. I use this on her once every 2-3 weeks during her bath and her ears have been much cleaner overall with less buildup and odor. All I do is squirt a little of this watery solution in each ear during her bath, while being careful to not get any water in her ears of course and rub them a little, that's it. After she gets out of the bath I dry her off as usual including her ears with the towel but not getting in there too deep or carefully, just gently with the towel as much as she tolerates. It's kind of amazing how well this stuff works with so little effort. This photo was taken about 10 days after the last use. Perfect healthy ears!

I have a bloodhound pup,if you know anything about this breed you know they need daily ear cleaning. I use this product 3 to 4 times per week. My dogs ver appointment went great,,he said that's the cleanest ears he's ever seen on a dog. He was really impressed...Great product,,his ears smell great as well,,that's another issue with bloodhounds they have a smell about their ears.. His ears smell good now.

My ear powder of choice

We have a cute little (well, big now) big Bichon Frise. Prior to that we always had big dogs. I had to learn all about little dog grooming - wow. The vet taught me how to clean dog ears and this stuff is perfecto! After bathing (or cleaning the ears), dry the inside of the ears with a cloth or paper towel. Tap the powder until you have about a tablespoon (it's fluffy, like powdered sugar). Gently rub it into the ear and some into the canal. This dries the 'gunk' and hair. You don't even need hemostats with this. Just pinch a little of the now powdered hair with your thumb and fingers and pull it out. I was told (and found to be true) that using this prior to removing the ear hair that it is much less irritating or painful for the dog - it really works. You can pull tufts of hair out quickly and easily. When you are done, tap little more of the powder into the ear, gently massage in and your doggies' ears are clean, hairfree and gunkfree. Great stuff (and cheaper than buying the little bottles every 3 or 4 months.

I have used this product for many years. It dispenses easily & does not get overly much powder in the ears. Quality is good as it give a good grip to the hemostats to remove excess hair from the ear canals.

My puppy hates it when I try and pluck his fur out from his ears, but he is a shih tzu and they get ear infection so easily and with this items I can clean it really well. I just bought the ear cleaner too and hopefully it will make it even better. I notice with the powder he is less scratching and no more odor from his ears. Highly recommended!
