They are pretty but....These were not at all what is listed, I received plastic tumblers and not steel wall tumblers. Very disappointed, as I was super excited to use these on my honeymoon.REVIEW UPDATE!Yes I still originally did get the wrong product BUT The Navy Knot went above and beyond to correct the problem and make it better. About a week after receiving my refund I received a package from The Navy Knot & it was a set of steel coffee tumblers and a note saying that they were going to get the correct cups to me and that the coffee tumblers were an extra gift just because. I received the original item I ordered today & I have to say I am throughly pleased. I am so excited to take them on my honeymoon! The quality is amazing & so is the company. Thank you The Navy Knot for your fantastic customer service & super cute tumblers!

I purchased these for our honeymoon and they came just as pictured! I was expecting the outside of the tumblers to be a hard metal (like on a hydroflask) but they seem to be a hard plastic. I am actually very pleased because I prefer the hard plastic over metal as metal tends to clink on EVERYTHING. The inside is a stainless steel so I think it will still be very durable. Very excited to use these!I will update if there are any issues with the hard plastic vs metal outside.

We took these to Cabo for our wedding and so glad we did! The all inclusive resort filled them to the rim every time we went to the bar instead of getting the standard 10 Oz cup that sweats. Our drinks stayed cold for hours! Excellent gift too! Cute and durable.

UPDATED-After hearing about the condition of the product I received the company reached out immediately to correct the situation. Customer Service is top notch. There were no issues with the printing on the replacement tumblers that they express shipped to me- no return required. They even offered to refund the purchase (even though they were still replacing the tumblers) WOW!!!Original Review:Disappointed in the quality of the printing on these tumblers. The M on “Mr.” looked rubbed off In a place At the top when I took it out of the box. The “Mrs.” was even worse. The letters don’t even connect, the print is incomplete. I can’t gift these.

I received my tumblers and it seemed like it was just a decal instead of being engraved. I got in contact with the shop and it was explained to me that they are engraved there is printing on top of the engraving. The assured me about the product after I had initially thought I received the wrong products. Great customer service and I would definitely buy from The Navy Knot again!

I’ve looked everywhere for these and the prices were outrageous for even smaller tumblers. My fiancé and I are doing a destination wedding in Jamaica and the resort cups are tiny so we got these (go big or go home lol). They’re pretty large and the quality is great! Thank you!
