Great for Ehlers-Danlos Subluxating!
Lawks here. I just got a pair of these a couple days ago to help stabilise my knees and keep them from subluxation. I have Ehlers-Danlos, so this is a constant and hourly problem for me, and now that I'm 27 my ability to walk and stand was becoming deeply compromised by years of subluxation. A knee brace was the third item suggested to help mitigate the pain (the other two were running shoes and a daily regimen of pain meds), and these specific ones were suggested to me as being non-binding, which was a very important factor since the EDS makes my nerves very sensitive to pinching.They. Are. Amazing. I can walk without pain again! I can walk down and up stairs, still using my cane and all, but I can DO IT consistently. I'm never gonna run a marathon, but damn it's nice to be able to just get up and get my own glass of water, or not wake up with a subluxated knee from SLEEPING, or wrench it tripping over one of the kittens. I wear these 24/7 they are WONDERFUL. Thank you for giving me the exoskeleton I needed! These are also super affordable, so when they wear out it's not a trial to get a new pair! Which, if you wear them 24/7 like I am, you gotta think ahead. And they're not ugly either! So many pros. The only con is that I gotta re-adjust them a few times a day, but I don't really mind that very much--I'm wearing them all the time after all! They fit under my clothes just fine and don't snag on my clothes, and they look like superhero gear, not ugly fleshtone like a lot of other braces. I also loooooved dat new neoprene smell! XD

I like it
So far, the brace is comfortable and effective.I have used daily for two months. It has held its shape and is fairly comfortable, either above or below clothing.I prefer a tight, solid, neoprene wrap for most of my serious exercise, but use this for all other daily wear.It is very effective at helping to prevent the slight twists and strains on the knee that impact my MCL.Don't get me wrong, you can twist your knee if you so choose, but this mitigates against the normal, simple twists with regular activity. The velcro on the center strap is beginning to get a little less grippy, but is still functioning. For the price, this was a good investment.

Great owner of TugSport knee brace
Great owner of TugSport knee brace, great customer service, truly care about their product and customers. I have small knees so it's not quite a perfect fit, but I'm going to give it some time before deciding if they'll work for my tracking issues in the knee cap (patello femoral disorder). It's hard to find the perfect knee brace, and this one I can't say yet if it falls into that category, but for someone who needs just a little support to get through exercise without having to give up movement, walking, elliptical, and other things this is a great alternative to staying sedentary while recovering and strengthening. I may end up having to buy another for the other knee, but I do wish it were just a tad smaller and a had slightly more tension in the sides to hold the kneecap straight and in place. Otherwise, would buy again just because the seller was so nice.

Good support
These braces, I bought 2, do require a day of fresh air to lose the smell, but after that I am way pleased with my purchase. Used for prep and the actual hike of the Inca Trail. Four days up, and up and up. With some serious downhill thrown in for fun. The TugSport provided some great support for my 60+ y/o knees. Yes they do shift a little during use. I'm thin, think hairy toothpicks for legs, so doesn't help that. Even with them shifting they still gave me me adequate support to continue hiking pain free...YMMV.

Needs reinforced stiching.
Giving 3 stars because the stiching for the metal support on the side of the brace gave away within an hour of its first use. Easy fix with a needle and thread, so I simply reinforced the bottom stiching of all of the metal supports on the brace.Suggestion to the seller is to simply reinforce the stiching on the top and bottom of the metal supports.

We Will See..
These are very light knee braces, and I'm used to heavier medical grade braces. However, I'm going to give these a try and see if they will offer me the support I need. I've had tendons, and cartilage removed in both knees and have unstable patellas, which means my knees "go out" frequently. I also suffer with M.S. so I really need a brace to "hold me together", LOL. Anyway, I will post again after a few days of testing these out !The shipping was fast and arrived well packed. After a few days of use, I have decided that I really like these knee braces. They are light but give great support. I am ordering two more so that I can rotate them. Thanks TugSport

This knee brace looked exactly like exactly what I was hoping for--three velcro strips to keep it snug around me knee. I put it on and headed for the grocery store. By the time I had completed my shopping, the knee brace had fallen down around my ankle--a difficult problem to deal with when you're wearing jeans. I wasn't expecting a lot, but I did expect it to provide some support for things like shopping trips. I returned the knee brace for a refund.

Ok...if you don't plan on moving
I Hurt my LCL and needed something with side stabilizers. The support of this is decent when positioned correctly. However, it falls down and has to be readjusted a few times a day at work. Kind of annoying if you plan on actually walking with it on. It's not that the straps don't hold, because they do, very well actually...It just constantly slips out of position down my leg. And yes, I do wrap it tight. I've only had it a couple weeks but the fabric is pretty beat now from the velcro because of all the readjusting. I've seen some other braces that have a silicone barrier on the top or bottom to keep the brace from slipping. I'm going to look into those.
