Well well, I am very happy! I don't think this is a phone for the elderly, you'd be better off getting a regular dumbphone feature phone, you know, without kaiOS. I got the phone because I wanted to have less access to social media and what not, I wanted to make it less convenient so I would use it less. It still has access to a lot, Facebook YouTube Twitter Instagram, but they're like crude versions of themselves that I doubt I would see anyone spend much time on.The battery life is good will last well over a day if not using it much.Build quality is nice, I really like it, its full plastic but just feel like a solid old mobile phone.There were complaints about the volume and I can say I have had no problems with the volume, the in call volume seems to be as loud as my smart phone, though the rear speaker is understandably not the loudest.All in all for me personally it's a genuine 5 star purchase. It really is the phone I was looking for, and so are all the other KaiOS phones it's seems. Hope this review can help someone with the same or similar goal.Edit: I got so frustrated with the terrible typing I smashed it, onto that Nokia tough I suppose...That is without a doubt the worst thing about the phone, the typing. Obviously it's not going to be great given the layout, but it constantly deletes words I've added to the dictionary, it can't predict words like "I" "I'm" and the typing freezes a lot and you end up typing something like "I Joe 8 you" instead on "I love you".I loved the phone I regret smashing it but honestly the typing was some next level cancer

Very good value KaiOS powered phone. Comes in a nice tin box. Build quality is plastic throughout. Does creak a bit if squeezed. The camera is very poor at VGA but it does have a selfie camera. Call quality is good. There are some reviews complaining about the speaker but I think it has been resolved with a software update which came through as soon as I switched on after connecting to the WiFi. The battery seems to last 3 to 4 days with constant use.The phone is dual SIM but 4G only works in slot 1.WhatsApp is only the messenger part (like all KaiOS phones).The KaiOS app store is now quite good with some useful apps including a Podcast app. This is the perfect type of phone for a second phone or for camping where you need a good battery life but are covered by most of the basic apps such as a Twitter client, FB, email, FM radio (need a headset for the antenna).Thanks for reading.

The media could not be loaded. Booted up and had an icon - looked like a little bug! Nothing would work - supplier couldn't help - had to send it back.

The handset is a great size, battery life is good. not touch screen which is ok. But please don't buy it for your mother-in-law, not so user friendly on the onset. personally I like it. ;)I almost gave it 5* Mom said put it in the bin :0

very very long battery time in standby charged it full a week ago (not using sim card in it )and still it has 30% battery life when bluetooth on and wifi on and i get emails and notifications now and thenthe sound in the speaker on the back is about 50% of any new smart phone even at max volume and the call speaker for you ear is very low its needs max volume to be able to hear anything so dont buy this phonei give it 2 stars because its a long battery and everything else in the KAIOS is okey and easy to use but i do not use it because of the very low sound on callsi did not believe other reviews complaining on the sound was low and bad but its correct it is to ow to use on train or buss only usable in your home when it is no other noise around

This phone has all the basics you need for life in this century. Don't have all the features a smartphone has but has the essential tools to your daily life. Amazing price!

i am satisfied, low cost, dual sim, what's app, long lasting battery (half week). the only thing is, sometimes the ear speaker has a sound problem, that's way i rated with 4 stars
