Love this for ease of patch g eggs. Put on a shallow pan and use a lid for perfectly poached eggs without the hassle. Easy to clean. Just keep watch. Don’t fill water in pan too high- and watch the water level when cooking so you don’t burn the silicone .

It's nice, it is certainly sturdy, it is easy to use, no problem with boiling water, but you still have to spray with cooking release spray before cooking an egg. I expected the eggs to simply slide out, no fuss, no muss. That was not exactly the case. It is a far better deal that buying special egg cooking pans (that I have done before). This can fit in most frying pans as long as you have a cover for that pan. It is very handy and I would buy this over a special egg pan anytime in the future.

I am not a big Egg enthusiasts, but my wife always likes breakfast for dinner or late night snack. If you're like me, I always had trouble getting the poached egg perfect and not losing Alot of the egg white when trying this dish in a pot of water, then only dreading the clean up afterwards. I never wanted to have the dish due to these difficulties. The silicon egg poacher is a life changer and removes the headaches with guess work and clean up. The eggs poacher sits on your top of your pot of water, you just sit back and monitor the progress and can easily see how well done it is. Getting the solid poached egg with a liquid center is no longer reserved for an outing for brunch on the weekends. Clean up is extremely easy as well, effortlesslyspray or brush and residual egg off in the sink- one of easiest cleaning dishes we own.

Eggs stuck to it bummer

This is very convenient for cooking my pint of egg whites from Costco. I get ten patties and can use them for my muffins or tossed in my salads. Washes well. Doesn't come with a lid, though it kindly said it did. So I cut a 2.5 inch slit in a paper plate to fit over the handle to cover dish while microwaving.

Bought this for use in camper on a propane stove. Epic fail. Too thick and wrong finish on silicone. - Egg cups are essentially insulated which doubles cooking time at a minimum even with lid on which is normal and required. - Eggs stick to cups and top like crazy even if lightly greased prior to cooking which I always do. - Hard to clean. The product is pretty much what you see. Works pretty well, got a good poached egg. But getting the poached egg out, not as easy as it should have been. I used a metal one and thought this was great, But got a silicone one so they didn't stick. It stuck worse than the metal one, and cleaning it out was a pain in the butt.
