Comfortable and strong. Been wearing it to work with no problems.

It looks good, it's pretty easy to adjust the length, but the spacing between the links is large, so it makes a weird crunching/creeking sound if it gets twisted or bent at all. The first few times it made the noise when I leaned on a counter, I thought it was breaking, but it's just the links moving.

I've bought a bunch of watch bands for my Galaxy Watch, and this is my favorite.The good:It looks really good. The satin (not quite glossy) black with the intercalated ribbed/gnarled shine of the black metal links next to the richly stained wood is just striking and gorgeous. With a black cover plate for my watch, the thing looks like no other smart watch on the market.Easy to put on, like all the watch bands for this.Easier to resize than most metal bands I've ever had before. It has a simple pin-tool (Included) that you push into EITHER side of each link hinge, and the thing opens. There is no directionality to it. If you've ever used the tradition screw-pin tool to resize metal watch bands, you'll really appreciate how much easier and idiot proof this one is.Sturdy. The wood pieces are not the load-bearing members of the chain... the two thin black gnarled metal links on either side are. While it may be slightly challenging to get all the holes to line up when you're resizing, it's not really. This was an excellent solution to the strength problem that wood would introduce, and it's great looking, too. Just an excellent design.The release mechanism is nicer than on the many metal bands I've had before. You push the two release latches in from either side of the clasp, and it easily releases. Not like the older ones where you just pulled up on the clasp with enough force to snap it off the latch. Much more comfortable.The bad:Hard to use with the samsung dual fast charger (the one that charges your phone vertically on the left and has a flat charger for your watch on the right side. Since this band doesn't open flat, you have to lift up your charger and put the watch band around/under the charge station in order to get the watch to flatly align with the charge coil. It won't charge by resting the watch across the vertical side (I tried). This causes your charger to be unbalanced, and it's easy to accidentally knock it and break the wireless charger alignment so you come back to find your watch not charged. It works fine with the stock watch charger, though - the one where your watch is standing up on its side.You could disconnect one side of the band, but the spring pins that hold it to the watch are not tightly fixed inside the watch band, and I'm sure you'd lose one on the floor next to your bed eventually, and not be able to wear your watch until you find it or a replacement. If you have extras, this could work. It is easy to remove the watch band from one side of the watch, but It's still more of a pain in the butt than something I'd like to do everyday. It kind of negates the convenience of having the dual charger if you did that.A little uncomfortable when typing if you tend to rest your wrists on the desk/laptop.Minor: Because there are so many parts on each link that all can move a bit independently of each other, the band can make a little bit of a crunching sound if you squeeze your wrist or if you really tweak the watch band (as my 1 year old loves to do). It doesn't happen in normal usage, and it doesn't really bother me at all, but it might seem odd to some people and would give them the impression of low build quality. I do not see it as such.

This is a great band. It's incredibly comfortable, and was east to install on my Galaxy 4 Classic watch. The only thing that gives me pause, is that the clasp isn't long enough. This costs one star.Once the band is sized to comfortably fit my wrist, I can hardly put it on because the clasp doesn't add enough length. It is one of the smallest clasps I've ever seen on a watch. It expands the band by exactly 2 inches. For me, it's a really tight fit, and I have to work it back and forth to get it on and off.Still, I'm keeping this. It looks great, and it really is comfortable. I may try to find a replacement clasp to make the band better. Just measure your wrist, and measure around the widest part of your hand. Make sure you can put it on before you buy it!

Would be 2 stars but the band itself looks and fits nice. My problem is it didn’t come with any tools to remove links or pins to attach it to my Samsung watch.Luckily I had my old band that still had the pins. I used a SIM card key to remove the links so it would fit my wrist.

Previously purchased leather bands to switch out, but the brown band darkened faster than I would want it to. This band, after finally finding the right fit (with the adjustment tool) covers both of the old replacements in one piece.

yes easy to remove a link but putting it back can be difficult. After having it a week I really enjoy it.

This is a very nice looking watch band, I had one just like it for my last watch, however Samsung moved from a 22mm to a 20mm band size for the Galaxy Watch 4, and here lies the problem. The seller seems to have just assumed since it is a 20mm band and the Watch 4 takes 20mm, then it's compatible...this is NOT the case!! The links that have the pins, are too deep, making them hard to install, and once you do, they don't swivel freely as they should. They make solid contact with the rounded edge of the watch casing to the point where not only would it badly scratch the finish off, but trying to swivel it will put enough strain on the pins that they WILL pop out. Too bad they never actually tested it on this actual watch, because they would have caught this design flaw then and there. I only give it 2 stars because it is a nice band. I have returned it to Amazon.

Solid quality watch band. Good weight to it. Easy to adjust, with enough links for a fairly large wrist. I took out 2 easily, since the link pins are the same kind of sprung pins that hold regular watch straps. There are 3 case pins in the package, so if you lose one there's a spare, and spare band pins as well. I set it up just this morning, wore it all day without discomfort or annoyance, and at the end of the day I'm very happy with this! It's a huge improvement over the plastic band the Galaxy Watch comes with. Looks great, too.

First off the watch band arrived very early. 2nd. The band is as described, a little finicky trying to get the pins to co-operate but with some trial and error you get the hang of it. I myself took two links out and it is a perfect fit.

Nothing to complain about with this strap so far. Holding up well and looks great.

Well worth it. Comes with tool and extra links. I'm buying the other colored one also
