Works great I did nor have remove or disconnect any existing wires. So 5 stars

I drilled a hole through a wall to run the vacuum charger since the broom closet didn't have a plug, but there was one on the other side of the wall. The hole had to be big for the cord to run through. This covered the hole perfectly and allowed me to apply it after running it through! I had a media cable similar situation and I had paid someone to come out and unhook, add a plate, then re hook up. This saved me an electrician, will keep critters out and looks nice. Note that the pieces don't click together, so you do the bottom first, then then top holds easily as you screw it in.

This worked great for my Starlink cable. I would definitely buy another one if I needed one.

The ability to not unplug and re route to get the cover on, priceless. One of those cheap, simple fixesa that are genius.

Looks, works and Installs as expected

It's a problem-solver for sure. The actual hole in the middle is 3/8", not the 5/8" stated in the description. There is a larger recessed area around the hole that measures 5/8" and it could probably be shaved or filed up to that size if needed. Alternatively, you might be able to use it to mount an o-ring or something if you want to reduce the hole to fit something smaller. I'm only giving 4-stars because despite this wall-plate costing 9x more than a standard blank wall plate, it is made of very flimsy thin plastic. So thin that there are ripples (shrink marks) on the front surface from the interlocking fingers that hold the two halves together. This may or may not be an issue for you depending on where it's mounted.

Exactly what I needed to clean up my walls & ceiling from existing Ethernet cable pulls.

Used for Starlink dish cable with fixed ends. Drilled 3/4” hole threw wall and passed threw cable and this plate finished job perfectly for a fraction of the Starlink kit.

I looked all over for a cover like this. Three major Canadian hardware retailers didn't carry it. Why not? They all had the one with the hole in the middle for a coax cable but what if the connector is too big to fit through the hole!? That was my situation when installing my Starlink router cable which has a 3/4" connector on the end. That's when I found this ingenious two piece wall plate on Amazon which fits perfectly around the cable. Hey Leviton! Excellent product!!
