Like chewing up a multivitamin
Tastes horrible. I don't notice any difference in my lifts the week I was taking. It has great ingredients and all the building blocks for good muscle growth but I just can't stomach it. I've taken all kinds of supplements and have been a powerlifter for years and this is the worst tasting things I have consumed. It really does taste like you chew up a multivitamin.
