Soft Dog Cat Crate The Portable 2-in-1 Double Travel Kennel Tube Carrier for All Pets Car Seat Ready

We bought this crate to move our three cats across country.Before I give the detailed review, I really want to give props to this seller (DudmanCampbellcreations)! I will start off by saying this crate was delivered very quickly and came neatly packaged and wrapped in plastic (so you know you are the first and only one to use it). There was a manufacturing error with ours, however, where we were missing a zipper. I contacted the seller hoping/expecting I would hear back by the end of the week.HOWEVER, this seller responded almost immediately! I was able to have a discussion with them back and forth and get the issue resolved quickly before the end of the business day, i couldn't believe it! They were SO helpful! They even ran to their warehouse to see if they had a crate with the right zipper side on it to send me and when they found they didn't have one, they worked with me to make the situation more than right. This seller is beyond amazing. I cannot say enough about them!Anytime you buy something there is a chance there could be a problem with the product, it says a lot about a product and a seller when you see how the seller handles that problem. THIS seller went above and beyond and in the same day! I couldn't have asked for a better resolution and will never hesitate to do business with this seller in the future. Thank you, DudmanCampbellcreations!Now for the review of the crate:It comes in a carrying case and is pretty easy to assemble. My cats were crawling into the crates before I could even get them fully set up, so they give it a solid four paw rating.The crates are definitely sturdy and are made from quality materials. Someone mentioned in another review that "the tops collapse or dent in" if you push on them, but note that they do pop back out easily. These aren't meant to stack or set things on top of them. The frame does very much what it was designed to do, give your pet more head room. There are screens you can open and close on every side, which really makes this product versatile while traveling. There are also straps so you can buckle or tether the crate to the seat of your car.We have these setting out for our cats to get used to them now, I will update more once we use them in the move. So far, my cats love them - and they don't like crates, so this is pretty cool! They really like the hammocks, which I think will really help while in the car to lessen the bumpiness of the road. I'll keep you posted!Again, great product and fantastic seller.UPDATE 4/7/23: These crates are still holding up like brand new! We have moved TWICE with these, once across country and the other across state. We use them when we need to transport more than one cat anywhere. They do have a softer bottom, so more for transport in a vehicle than to carry them in.When not in use, they are in our four seasons room where they are slept in daily. I just can’t say enough about these crates, I truly don’t know what I would do without them!

We recently moved across the country and needed to transport our four cats. There was no way we were putting them all on a plane, but I was extremely concerns about the logistics of traveling with them by car. I went in search of a cat carrier that would span my entire back seat, and found a few -- some with bad reviews, some too expensive, some out of stock, and then this one. What appealed to me about this one is that it has the rounded domes, giving the cats more space, and the two hammocks. The cats did like the hammocks -- we left the crate out in our living room for a few weeks before the trip and they had a great time hanging out in it.There was some yowling from two of the cats on and off through the trip, but overall, they were great sports about it. On the first leg of the journey, we had a travel size litter box in the carrier with them, but they never used it and it seemed to take up too much space so we took it out for the second leg of the journey. A couple of the cats put forth an effort to open the zippers. We had to just keep turning around and zipping the crate back up until they gave up. It was handy having so many openings though, so that we could give them food and water whenever we reached a rest stop. At one point, one of the hammocks did break, so it's not the sturdiest design, but the other one did hold up and I'm glad they were there to give the cats extra room.Overall, I would definitely recommend this carrier. It is a great size and the best way to utilize free space to make a trip more comfortable for pets.

My main reason for purchasing was to take these on multiple 15 hour drives with my two cats (and when they were still kittens) Connected the units for the drive and had a litter box and dry food in with them. Was comfortable and spacious for the cats even with all that stuff inside, and gave me comfort they had everything they needed. Was sturdy and held up to many escape attempts. It's nice there are so many screens, and that screens are thick/claw proof. I added a softer blanket to one side in case it was too firm, but they rarely used that side.Used this as a single unit to take both cats to the vet as well. My one girl must have been scared and peed in it the last time. It was easy to clean. The fabric comes off the bottom inserts and washed well. The foam insert wipes down easily and same with the interior of the carrier. We haven't done a long trip since the accident, but I let it air out a few days after cleaning, so hopefully the scent is gone for them (I can't smell anything). They enjoyed playing in it -hiding toys and chasing each other- while it was airing out.Over all I think it's spacious and comfortable for multiple animals. Fits as a double unit across my back seat (HRV) nicely. I like how easy it is to get the cats in and to stay in, and that they can stretch and sit tall.Only cons: Getting the zipper started when connecting the units together was a bit of a struggle the first time, but I've gotten much better at it - long arms help. The top is not perfectly aligned across both units, which is atheistic only but gets at my ODC-tendencies. And the top is soft, so you can't stack anything on top of them, and if you were carrying a lot of weight (in my case the litter box ~20lbs the carrier stretches/ collapses a bit at the top. Bottom stays sturdy and flat and handle is attached well, so not a deal breaker.
