Good test kit for the money.
Good kit, works as expected.

Defective and Hach provides no support.
Defective item, tried to contact Hach for return/exchange. Finally received a message to call a number, number was a LifeAlert number. Messaged Hach back to explain and never heard back. Avoid Hach at all costs.
