LED Flat Panel Troffer 2x2 Foot 36W (80W Equivalent), Edge-Lit Drop Ceiling Light, Ultra-Thin, White Frame, Cool White 6000k, 5-Pack

I installed a set of 4 panels (out of a package of 5). 3 work fine. The 4th died after 2 months use (approximately 40 hours use in a dry basement). I requested a replacement driver but have not heard back yet. I can't find an exact match for the driver so I will purchase another brand.

These lights are a good value, with the only drawbacks being instructions and customer support. Rather than providing a box for attach your romex cable, they provide a pigtail that needs to be connected directly to your junction box. My advice is to only position your junction box after the ceiling grid is in place to ensure that the pigtail will reach it.The pigtail has a blue and brown wire with no instructions provided regarding whether polarity is a question. I assumed that blue was the hotwire, but sent a request to customer service for confirmation. To date, the only response was that my question had been received and would be answered. Ultimately, I posted the question on Amazon and received the confirmation I wanted from other purchasers.

Good product for the money. Relatively easy to install. Had a problem with one panel out of five not working but will exchange. Lights were a bit too bright but ok.

Bought for our restaurant because they stopped making 2x2 bulbs. They’re extremely efficient I don’t have to check bulbs every day. Great lighting!!

All but one came in broken...

2 out of 5 units failed to illuminate- suppliers response was to install units and take pictures of failed units. Not very helpful to say the least. Anyway, fault traced both units to failed low voltage connector , cut those out and hardwired the units.
