Maybe poor packing?
I’m super bummed. The mug was cool but arrived in pieces. Maybe it was the tiny box. Maybe it was the single sheet of bubble. Maybe it was Satan.

I love LookHUMAN. I was going to order this as a Christmas present, and waited too long to order from the LookHUMAN website before the holiday. I was so grateful that this was available from Amazon, because the faster shipping was super helpful. The mug is great, text on both sides, and well-loved by its gift recipient.

Check the size
I prefer a larger coffee mug and thought that it only came in the 11oz size, so I just looked at it longingly for a few days. When I saw there was a 15oz I bought it straight away. I am so happy I did! It’s such a great size for a big cup of coffee or tea...and brings a smile to my face every time I read it.
