My 30 year old VitaMinder Pocket-Pack finally broke in half and this is the closest I could find to the size, shape and number of compartments. It is about 1/4 inch larger both length and width and there is a very slight increase in height. I actually like that the inner compartment is removable. I can put copies of my Rx labels under the compartment. Nice for travel.I'm not sure it closes as securely as the Pocket-Pack did; it may just take some getting used to. If it pops open unexpectedly I'll be back to downgrade the review. The plastic is harder that the Pocket-Pack. I think the slightly rubbery plastic is why the Pocket-Pack lasted so long.
