I wish I had replaced the wheel bushings on my LA 115 a long time ago. This kit was fairly simple to install. You need to watch as many Youtube videos as you can that show how to install these bearingss.

I have wrestled for five years in trying to replace the lousy bushings that came with my L145 John Deere mower. I have replaced the bushings with sealed bearings on three occasions and they disintegrated in short order every time........until now. I have been using this set of bearings all summer and they are still holding up, which is a record until now. Great price for the entire set and I would buy again in a heartbeat if needed in the future.......which I hope I don't have to do. I still grease the zerks for an added layer of protection.........grease is cheap.

The installation of this kit was not only easy, it will help keep my lawn tractor in operation for a very long time.

Used these on LA130 John Deere. All parts fit the machine and work fine.

This kit should be used with new spindles. I don't foresee a problem, but the bearings were just barely press fit in the hub of the wheel. The outer bearing easily came out of the wheel hub as I slid the upgraded wheel onto the spindle. The only time that would be a problem is if the bearing seizes up and the race starts turning in the hub and damaging the wheel.

Converted my LA145 from bushings to bearings. Fit great.

The bearings fit exactly like they should and everything was supplied.

Longest it took was popping out the old bushings with a pipe from opposing side of hub. Total job was 30 minutes after also cleaning off spindle with a piece of sandpaper to take a small ridge away to fit bearings on one side. All parts in pkg were used with new spindle grease dust caps to washers that I did reuse the larger original and the thinner ones that came with packaging to have a non sloppy travel on the spindle. Very satisfied

Used this upgrade on my 18 year old JD L130.Perfect fit after fine sanding 3/4 inch axle with fine emery cloth to get the bearings on... paint and minor metal bumps removed to size.I would buy again.

It came just as described! It fit and worked perfect for my John Deere LA165.

This kit worked very well. The bearings were a very good quality and the c-clips were really strong (I would say better quality than the OEM clips) and took an effort to slide in. I was okay with that because the original ones came out too easily. I only gave it 4-Stars because the washers weren’t really good replacements for the original washers. They were thinner by far. The good news is that the original washers are usually in great shape anyway. I re-used them and everything was great. What an improvement…and the new hubcaps look great! After all, I was really only looking for the bearings, c-clips and caps. I’ll find another application for the washers. Grease the wheels up good and see you in 10 years!

Bearings fit well, maybe even to loose. Changeover was a breeze.Wish they would sell as a kit with new spindles also as these are unevenly worn from the OEM bushings.Also better guidances as to the stacking and sequence of the shims would be appreciated. Not much slop anymore in front wheels and steering is easier. I do not expect them tho last long as I should have changed the spindles to, time will tell
