great mattress, poor pump
I have owned at least a half dozen of these air mattresses. The mattress itself is first rate: well-made, sturdy, holds inflation well. The last varies from unit to unit, but is generally reliablly maintains inflation. My only reservation is the built-in pump which should be a great convenience. I find them generally weak and they deplete batteries way to quickly. I might get one great inflation, and then the power depletes and the inflation slows to a crawl. I get great results with my electric pump: quick inflation in seconds. The mattress would be a better buy without the unreliable and ineffective pump.

Blown Away
This is hands down the best air mattress I’ve ever owned. As a twenty four year old moving into a new place, I knew I was going to be leaving pretty much all my furniture behind, including my old bed. Purchasing an air mattress as a temporary sleeping arrangement was an absolute necessity as I saved enough to buy myself a real bed.A know a few people mentioned the mattress loosing air, but in the five weeks I’ve slept on this, I’ve only had to add air three times. Three times in five weeks!!! And it’s not like it was deflated, I just noticed it was squishier with time. But no problem it was an easy fix!The built in pump is my favorite; I love that it’s cordless. Four D batteries will be necessary. I used Rayovac and they worked wonderfully and I didn’t have to change them out. Honestly this would be fantastic for camping. The mattress was comfortable, and honestly no problem to sleep on. And even though I am happy that I can retire it now that I have a “real bed”, I’m certainly holding on to it. It’s now deflated, rolled up, and tucked safely in my closet. I’ll pull it out as needed when I have friends staying over. Before storing, I do recommend removing the batteries.I purchased this on sale, but it’s worth every penny. Heck I’d pay full price for it.

Decent for camping upgrade
I will be testing this out camping next week but I am not writing a review without any knowledge. I set this up in my truck tent which is also being tested in my driveway and left it for 2 nights and 3 days. So far I would say its good.It inflated quickly and has enough power to provide ample firmness in the inflate process. laying on it I would say it offer pretty decent comfort. Lets put that into perspective. I bought this for camping. I am moving from off the ground tent camping with no pad or mattress to truck bed tent with air mattress. So if you are using this in your home and comparison is different this review might not be for you. What to know. Air mattress stretch from inflation pressure over time and air molecules expand and shrink with temps. What this means is that it is not uncommon for the firmness to need to be adjusted. With that I felt it held pretty good over the first night but with varying temps it needs more air by mid second day. No problem ...turned it on and air it back up in seconds. I wanted to include because some will think its leaking.I ordered twin because that is what would fit in my truck bed. (Jeep Gladiator) fine for 1 person and I am 6'0 tall. Any taller and I would say it is short.Value is overall good but I was disappointed that the Queen was being offered on sale at the same price but no discount on the twin.

Doesn't hold air, junk
Bed starts losing air within 30 minutes, took it camping 1 time, had to re-inflate it multiple times throughout the night. I have tested it several times since then, just won't hold any air, complete waste of money.

Slept like logs!
We purchased these when moving to our new house to use before our furniture arrived. We figured it was a better deal compared to a hotel and quieter. We didn't expect to love them this much! We really slept like legs. They're very comfortable- maybe a lot more than some hotel beds! It inflated like a charm. No work for me. They're great to have for extra guests and for travelling.

A required necessity for the frequent outdoorsperson
Prior to this one, when I thought of an air mattress, I would think of either lying on a flattened piece of material (because all of the air was squeezed to the side I wasn't on), slowly being drawn towards the middle (as the mattress slowly deflates), or constant repair (due to flimsy material that was used to construct it). That all ended. Wherever I lay my head is home on this mattress as the air stays even throughout and, although it SLOWLY loses some air over a night's snooze, you won't wake up in the middle of the mattress with either end of it tilting towards the sky. Weighing in at 270 lbs., it was hard to believe that I didn't see this after the first night on it. Many more uses later and it still has yet to prove me wrong. Repairwise, I haven't had to do that and don't see it happening unless I intentionally cut it. The material seems quite tough and the construction is solid. I have used the mattress both in the home and while camping with outstanding results in both settings. My 4 person tent holds this nearly perfectly within it's floor plan with enough room for gear and room to move around a little bit. The battery pump works surprisingly well with inflation and deflation. This is my second mattress (first one still going strong as well) and my experience with the battery life in my first mattress proved that four D cells would last 30+ uses (each use would include the daily "fill-up" to get the mattress to it's proper inflation). If you camp as much as I do throughout the year, an air mattress is essential. Why make your outing uncomfortable by sleeping on a hard surface? Take the extra five minutes (about as long as it takes to remove from the included carry bag and inflate) and sleep in absolute comfort.
