will this help with lower eye lid drooping?

It didn't help with upper eye lid drooping, so I don't see how it could help with a lower lid. I didn't try it on my lower lid, but I wouldn't bother.

how many eye lifts are in a package?

10 sheets, 6 per page, I use 2 per week at corner of eyes. Probably could use longer. Very reusable friendly in my opinion. I put them on in the evening while watching tv and sleep in them. Then remove in morning. For me they do help keep wrinkles at bay. But must use continuously for good results. They might show a little if worn during the day depending on severity of wrinkles. Would be different for each individual.
