Just opened box plugged in and Boom ready to go. Seems to be a really nice laptop.

This is a wonderful laptop and it arrived very quickly !!

I am overly distraught, angry, and sad. I just got my lap top. Used it once and the battery died on me. That was no big deal. Plugged her in and when I started her up to start working I get this big old error code!!!! 😫😫😫. I have hit every button and should not be having this problem right out the gate. Day one of using. I literally have only had this laptop one day. Yes cake ready to go. No disk. Mouse was nice. Computer was nice when I started it up the first time. I shouldn’t have to pay additional money to take it to a computer repair guy when I have only had it 24 hours. I have not deleted anything from it at all.

Not a bad product for an entry-level computer. It arrived as scheduled even though it came directly from the manufacture. This laptop it’s a good beginners laptop the lighted keyboard is helpful however I think black letters on the keyboard would be better. I do not have a touchscreen. The worst drawback that I can say is the cord is TOO SHORT. It says there is six hours screen time I don’t get that much but approximately two hours screen time. One other drawback that I’m not sure I like is the camera is located near the keyboard rather than the top of the laptop. This makes it look like you’re looking up instead of directly add a person if your video conferencing. It’s a quiet running computer in the back light does work fine on the keys. Not really sure if it’s metal (as stated) But it does seem to be a pretty sturdy case. It came packaged very well. It looks as if the bubble wrap that they enclose is even reclosable. A friend of mine ordered the same unit and had lots problems with it had to send it back right away. I so far have not seen any problems with mine. It comes loaded with Microsoft office which I find it’s very helpful. I would say the only other issue is the fact that the administrator sign in on front screen says ADMINITRATOR. 😀

bought this for my grandson, my daughter said from day 1 this narrator would come on constantlythen it would go blank , she took it to best buy geek squad, they said it didnt have hard drive and would cost another $200 to fix,,,,it was new and doesnt work, very upset, I purchased in nov 2019 for xmas, she started using itaround the time of virus for school, but it doesnt work I am very upset

Nor am i a racist but chinese GOVERNMENT hacking and spying ( i have no problem with the Chinese PEOPLE or people from anywhere else in the world for that matter, they are all mostly lovely people i am sure its always their GOVERNMENTS i have a problem with , even ours ) but it is all over the news and i certainly dont want potential hacking from for nefarious agents and information bots and LISTENING DEVICES AND VOTE MANIPULATION now i fear my whole network has become corrupt because i spent two weeks setting it up with the language translated into english and i can not read it in its origional form But even though it was being translated almost every time i turned on the computer it went to the Chinese msn PORTAL , UNTRANSLATED I might add . even msn couldnt fix it. i still feel violated that my data and photos my god knows what could have been compromised and i may in some small way have been aiding and abating cyber crime or information mining or data collection or social media manipulation BY A FORIEN HACKER OR GOVERMENT and didnt even know it! Amazon needs to STOP selling these inexpensive ( under 400$) no -name Chinese computers FOR THE PARENTS TO BUY AND GIVE TO THEIR KIDS FOR SHOOL WORK. mine was a cute rose gold one . clearly meant for a teenager . i am a professional writer believe it or not lol i'm just so upset and all my accounts have become intertwined with this dodgy laptop and now i have to undo EVERYTHING on all my devices to unlink them and get every trace of the Pink COMP Infiltraitors and NOW you got almost a thousand dollars of my money in refunds i want back ASAP which you agreed to as soon as i sent it back but first i have to unlink and reset EVERYTHING on my kindle and phone and other laptop and everyone in the families network just to feel safe

I really like this laptop, I'm a college student and I had no issues since the purchase. It even came earlier than expected. I love the rose gold color too.

Very fast computer, the mouse that came with it didn’t work but the seller was great.
