Bose SoundLink Mini Bluetooth Speaker

I researched this version vs new versions of the Bose Mini Soundlink. This one won in sound quality and range in multiple side by side comparisons I found. I don’t hesitate choosing this one over newer models. Also, I like that this has the aux in option so that I can connect anything to it- even to a lower quality record player w cheap built in speakers. It’s much nicer to listen to.

We moved to the country, no Wifi! So, no Sonos. Had to say goodbye to my PLAY:3, PLAY:5, and PLAY:1. These were great high-end speakers and their new owner is stoked. However, so am I. Why? Because: 1) This little cutie has amazing dynamic range. At least as good as Sonos PLAY:3, and almost as good as PLAY:5 (a heavy non-portable speaker). 2) It comes with me to the hot tub. 3) Bluetooth! Don't need Wifi. 4) I get to just use the Apple Music app and don't have to mess with Sonos app (neither are wonderful, but Sonos was more confusing). I seriously can't believe this product is 6 years old. It looks and feels cutting edge. FWIW mine was new in box from Bose with warranty and all that. Addendum 6 years later: still loving this little speaker, which fills the whole living area. I tried paired speakers for a while, but went back to this for its simplicity, and better clarity at high and low frequencies.

This gift arrived in a taped up postal service box, like it was second hand, no charging station, no owner's manual, and scratched! Not what I expected from Bose, especially for the price! If I could give a minus five rating, I would! So disappointed on Christmas!

The size of this speaker is surprising given the quality of the bass sound it produces. The Bluetooth connects easily, the battery life last way above average, and the price is relatively cheap compared to other brands! I have 4 of these little speakers and highly recommend it! You won’t be disappointed! :-)

This is the best mini sound system I've ever come across. I like everything about this Bluetooth mini speaker including its sound output, portability etc. The sound is so crisp, clean, powerful and crystal clear. It is very portable as you can carry it around even in a lady's handbag. When the battery is fully charged, it can last for days. Another thing I like about the Bose mini Bluetooth speaker is that it has an auxiliary connection giving you a choice of either connecting your device through Bluetooth or the auxiliary. This is another good one from Bose as they are always representing and has never disappointed. I got to know about the Bose Soundlink Mini Bluetooth player through my brother. He was playing music from his phone but the output was so impressive and I decided to get one for myself. Ironically, my brother also bought his because he saw it with a friend and was equally impressed with the output. Two friends has also seen this with me since I got mine and can't wait to order theirs. So a good product will naturally sell itself.
