JoyvaHalvah Marble Sesame Treat, 8 oz

Best Halvah is Joyva. Very nice and creamy. Taste great, and it is the original brand from New York.

Very yummy and fresh! One of my favorite foods.

First of all it was delayed and when it came the halvah was all messy mostly soft it was very warm to the touch. It must have been on the road for a while in the hot vehicle. I haven't returned it because we were all sick. I love Joyva halvah but i will not be orderig again.

I tried this product for the first time decades ago when "health food stores" were a curiosity, not a staple of the urban landscape. This is a fantastically flavorful substitute for a candy bar, and quite likely a far healthier alternative, which is fortunate for those that cannot eat chocolate for what ever reason.

Have been eating Halvah since I was in grammar school. Always Joyvah brand. It really is the best. Just repeated it but in a 16 ounce can . Great flavor. We eat it both as a candy and also as a spread on bread instead of peanut butter.

Overall, delighted to find this product as it has all but disappeared from grocery stores. Arrived warm (!) and leaking oil profusely through the packaging. Did not appear marbled, as I was used to seeing it from past purchases, but rather a light brown color with only the slightest suggestion of marbling. Nonetheless, it still had good flavor and texture, and I ate it all up in record time. Would definitely not order in warmer months!

Couldn’t find it anywhere. I was afraid these would be old and stale, or fakes, but they were the original. They were fresh. Recipient was very happy. Paying for shipping is a minor annoyance.

They taste really good, but they are very oily and seem to be melted. I tried keeping them in the fridge to see if they would firm up, but nothing changed.
