I order these frequently to bake in scones. They are sweet and tasty. They soften as they bake, but you can snack on them also. Very nutritious. Cheaper here than most grocery stores, even if they stock them. Think cheaper than Health Food stores.

This product is substandard. The dates are not ripe, they are small and hardly as described. They are literally crunchy. The worst dates I have ever purchased.When I contacted to the seller to tell them about my experience, they told me to contact the fulfillment company, Amazon. No apology, no reference to my comments. I will never buy another product from this company. They are terrible.

Taste great. However, I ordered two bags and one was very fresh and moist. The second bag had quite a few that were too dried out to enjoy. I will order again hoping I get more like the first bag I tried.

My first bag purchased in June was great, dates were soft and tasted great. Second bag purchased in July had dates that were a little drier but still pretty good. Third bag purchased in August has pretty dry dates, skin is flaking off and they are more like candied fruit. This last bag is not half as good as the first bag I bought. I don’t know if the quality is related to the growing season or what. I’ll try adding a damp paper towel to the bag to see if that helps. This bag will not be eaten as quickly as the others.

Quick energy, healthy, has lots of nutrients, easy to pack in a sandwich bag and carry along in my jersey pocket or handlebar bag and so on.All that is true but also I just love them. They're so yummy and these dates are the yummiest, plumpest, sweetest of any dates I've purchased and believe me that's a lot of dates.I keep them in the freezer because there's nothing like a frozen date (or a dozen of them).Five enthusiastic stars.
