If you are looking for a sturdy Metatarsal cushion these fit the bill. They are not soft and cushy but rather a hard foam which is what I wanted. I take a Ladies size 8.5 shoe so I purchased the Large size because the dimensions matched what the podiatrist fitted me with and it was exactly right. In fact these pads are exactly what I got from the doctor and I think they are a steal at the package price. Now all of my shoes are decked out for comfort!

So helpful for metatarsal neuroma! Took my pain completely away - takes pressure completely off if you can get it in the right spot of shoe. A shoe specialist at a special shoe shop showed me where in shown to put them and which type to get. It may have taken me a lot longer to find the right spot if he hadn't shown me. They stay in place for more than 6 months.

Great Service! Product received really fast. I have metatarsalgia and had custom orthotics made but they severely limit shoe choices. These pads do the job just as well and I can wear all my sandals!!! They really work very well to take the pressure off the affected area and are extremely comfortable. I had plantar fasciitis for 4 years. Went through at least 100 orthotics. These, placed beneath firm PPT inserts, was the only remedy that worked. Wear them today, and have for 10 years. Will never stop using them, either. Good luck.

I could not wear high heels for years because the pain at the ball of my feet. After I tried every single pad in the market, they do not work and I had to put my heels away. It is amaze that this little pad do the trick. I found out about this pad when I finally went to podiatrist after the hiking injury incident. My hiking boot is fully support with the most expensive insert I can find, but after few miles of hiking the bottom of my feet was screaming with pain. He gave me these tiny pads to try. I was skeptical at first but oh boy they do the trick. The trick is that you have to put the pads at the right spot to get the best benefit. Here is the trick. Use lipstick to mark the end point between the ball of your feet and where the other joins start. Step in your shoes then place the wider part of the pads right at the lipstick mark. I already ordered few packages to put in every shoes that I own even the flat ones. Highly recommend for everyone out there who is suffer the same symptom.

First order of these was great and worked perfectly. Second order does not stick to show. Glue is much weaker.
