Although nobody likes when a purchase isn't exactly as expected, it is understood that things happen. When we received the original necklace, unfortunately it was balled up and tangled. I tried to untangle it, and it was in two pieces. However, when I reached out, they replaced the necklace without hesitation. My wife received her replacement two days after Christmas, and it is beautiful. Thank you

I popped the chain on my necklace and needed a like replacement. It took me a few days but I finally found the replacement. This chain is just beautiful. A perfect match and you can feel the weight. It also seems more durable than the chain I had previously. The company also sent a small catalog showing more of their products. Definitely recommend. One day I’ll start taking pictures 😬

The chain is very thin and snapped while wearing it in less than a year. Contacted the company and they do not offer repair services. Only said to contact Amazon and return if less than 30 days, otherwise to use a protection plan if I purchased one.

I was worried that this would break easily. I was wrong-so far. It is very fine and you can barely see it, which is the look I wanted. I have a Diamond pendant on it and the fine gauge makes the Diamond the true focal point.
