I have medium and long-haired cats, which shed like crazy. Like I'm always finding thick clumps of fur. At first I thought the teeth wouldn't reach far enough, but I just overestimated my cats' fur. This works phenomenally on long and medium hair, and also helps shake up dandruff if you're prepping for a bath. My long hair literally came and meowed at me and stuck his butt at me because he wants to keep being brushed and zen'd out (and he has pet agression!) Absolute perfection. Name fits the product and price was very hair. I will NEVER use anything else!

This comb works great in late spring when shredding begins. We use it in our donkeys and horses

I bought several brands and this, by far, works really well. We have a rottie and this removes fur her other brushes doesn't. Caution: The teeth are sharper than other brands.

Standard issue curry comb. Works well. I purchased this to use on my dog. She has relatively short hair, but sheds like crazy. She loves being groomed with it and it gets to hair that the brushes never reach.

At first glance I thought my 20lb med/long hair dog wasn’t going to put up with this brush, bc she doesn’t like the furminator. However, she doesn’t mind it! And I feel like I can brush her a lot faster bc there’s a lot surface area grabbing the fur, unlike the 2” brush length on the furminator. Hair kinda goes everywhere, so do it outside. Surprisingly happy with this item. (The vid is just to show how she’s ok with it, I’ve brushed her a lot already)

I saw an influencer use this on her cats and they loved it so I thought I'd try it on mine. So far so good! My medium hair kitty seems to enjoy it! He hates being brushed. I'm so pleased! My shorthairs enjoy it too. It's a winner with my cats!
