Wondershare UniConverter [Mac Download]

They send you an old version, version 11 instead of the new version, version 14. And the activation code doesn't work. I had a dickens of a time getting my refund. The person I talked to must have been at a party with a bunch of drunken winos. I could hardly understand her. Amazon better get some people that can speak good english and put them a quiet space. I wished I could have given a zilch star instead of an uno star.

Fantastic product that I use for video editing and music download. Customer service is wonderful when I have minor issue for product license registration.

This is a digital, no return, no refund product. Which isn't usually a problem, except the activation information simply does not work. Wondershare support is useless as they keep sending me links to their direct site to buy it again, which also does not work, as thats how I ended up on Amazon for the software. They basically act like its user error but its not. Its simple to activate stuff on a MAC. Open it, click register, enter the info they send you. Ive tried copy/paste, typing it out, uninstalling and reinstalling from the download link in amazon. It simply doesn't work.

Reference code doesn't work. Customer service for the app was useless. No avenues to fix. It was a less than direct means , but I was able to maneuver through the Amazon customer service web, chat, disconnection, and call back and finally I have a refund!

I paid for this and downloaded it to the computer and can not log on and use it. Every time I try and use the software it acts likes going to work BUT does not and tries to sell the software to me again. I wish I never paid for it and could return it.
